As the battle came to the final blow Candy-floss fell to the floor and turned back in to the Pegasus she always was, also she lost her glow and respect. She was no longer the leader of the pegasi. The rest of them eventually went back to the kingdom of light to allocate a new leader. Ginger landed and turned back to normal, as he did Shadow ran over and hugged him tightly as if he was a long, lost sibling. They went back in to the castle to talk over dinner about what had happened that night. Ginger sat down and recollected his thoughts with his newly grown wings. "We are in your debt" August said to Ginger "yep you truly have saved the kingdom of darkness" said Shadow "and I don't think that they will be back anytime soon" she added. "No" said Ginger. All of a sudden Ginger fainted on the spot and he was rushed to his room and placed on his bed to rest. "What's wrong?" August asked Shadow. "I don't know" she replied whilst lifting a piece of long fur on his side to check the skin underneath. She was petrified with what she saw. "..." Shadow was speechless.
August looked at her.
"What?"
