Chapter 14: Confrontation?

      Sunny sat there terrified she buried her face in her claws. She had already been nervous after reading the letter but now out of nowhere Starflight popped right in front of her. She was breathing heavy and he was sweating like crazy.

      "Umm....hi?" He said tapping his claws. Sunny wanted to just scream and runaway. "Look Starflight I..." 

She looked at the ground. "I don't want to talk I haven't been having a very good day."

      Starflight took a deep breath. "Sunny I need to talk to you." He clenched his teeth and tried to keep himself from running away.

      He heard mumbling under her breath then she said. "No seriously Starflight I need to leave." Sunny ran back into the academy right past Tsunami leaving Starflight alone.

      Starflight sat there in silence when Tsunami came up behind him. "Hey, I'm sorry. I didn't know she would do that."

      Starflight placed his claws over his blind eyes. "It's not your fault, I wanted to come talk to her." He slammed his head into the rocky ground. "She probably doesn't like me at all. Not like I thought she did." Tears began to slowly stream out of his blind eyes.

      Tsunami tapped her claws on the ground. "Don't be an idiot! She uh... she wouldn't have written that love letter if she didn't like you!"

      Starflight stood up and pondered for a moment when he realized there had been nervousness and hesitation in Tsunami's voice.

      "Unless she didn't write it." He turned around hoping he was now facing Tsunami. "She didn't did she?"

      He heard Tsunami tap her claws again. "You wrote didn't you." Starflight said.

      "You wrote that and put it under my desk so I would think she liked me and would ask her out on a date."

      Tsunami was now silent. "WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?" Starflight burst out at her. "Seriously why?" He could tell she was looking away now and stepped forward to what he thought was towards her.

      Starflight and Tsunami sat there for a moment silently. 

      Suddenly Tsunami looked up and gritted her teeth. "Look I can explain! If you'll just listen to me and not be an idiot. Can you do that?" Starflight thought for a moment that she might be crying.

      Starflight shook his head back and forth . "N-No... I can't." Starflight ran past Tsunami and back in to Jade mountain.
