I know the story is mostly between Leighanne and Marcel right now, but it will start to change here soon. Please keep reading and I hope you enjoy!

I woke up and got a shower. I let the water run over my body and it relaxed me. I didn't know what time it was, and I honestly didn't care. I put on a pair of skinny jeans and a white lace top with white heals. I went down to the French quarter to seen Klaus's sister Rebekah next to Marcel. "Leighanne come here." Marcel said when he saw me. I walked over and sat down, unaware of what was going on. "Is everything okay?" I asked.

"Over the past few days Rebekah and I have been making a plan on how to take down Klaus. Tonight were going to lure him here and then my guys are going to take him down, and then will brick him into the wall like the others who lied and killed their own kind, betrayers. So you need to stay clear of all this, please, you're human and I don't need you getting hurt." Marcel said.

I smiled knowing that Marcel cared, but something was still off about this whole plan. Marcel could get killed because he is a vampire, not an original. It also amazes me that Rebekah wants to help. "You're planning on taking out an original?" I asked.

"Not taking him out, just burying him in the bricks with the others." Marcel said. "Okay, I'll stay away tonight, but what do you expect me to do?" I asked. I couldn't go anywhere and hang out. I had no friends other than Marcel. "Just hang out in my room like always, I mean it is partially your room." Marcel smiled and I watched as Rebekah gave me a broken hearted look as if what Marcel said to me insulted her. "Excuse me, I must go." Rebekah spoke up quickly and stood up. She ran out of The French Quarter as fast as she could. "Uh okay." Marcel had a confused look on his face.

Once we were alone, I started asking questions. "How come I haven't heard of this plan until today?" Did they plan on not telling me? "Because I know how much you hate Klaus. I didn't want you to be involved and get hurt. Also, with Klaus coming in and out of The Quarter I didn't want him to compel you. I've been meeting with Rebekah secretively the past few days about this." Marcel said. "So that's where you've been going." Everything was finally piecing together. "Yes and no, I also had other things such as meetings and party deals, like a DJ." Marcel said. Why would he need a DJ?

"How are you going to lure Klaus here?" I asked. None of this was making sense to me. "Don't worry about it, but there's going to be a party tonight that way I can have my night walkers help out too." Marcel said. "Interesting, am I invited to this party?" I joked. "Yes you are." Marcel laughed. "Great." I smiled. "Wait, what type of party is this?" I asked. "A ball." He said walking out of The Quarter.

"A ball." I mumbled to myself. In all my twenty one years I would've never thought that I'd get to go to a ball. They were so formal and I didn't think Marcel was the ball type. I ran to get my wallet, then searched around for my car. It was parked outside of The Quarter and I smiled as I got in. I haven't drove in so long. It would be nice to drive and have a normal minute to myself. As I tried to start the car, it didn't work. He hummed to life, then stopped. I glanced down at the gas gage. Great! Out of gas.

I got out and started walking around New Orleans looking for a dress store. Every store I found only had short, little, party dresses. I found a short green dress and thought that it would maybe suit the ball. But, instead I put it back and went to another store. I've walked around New Orleans at least twice today looking for a dress and so far I've found nothing.

I started walking home and saw a small store on the corner called Daisy's Dresses. I walked in and saw dresses, all kinds. I went over to the formal dresses and a particular one caught my eye. It was a cream colored dress with a lace covering. I made the quick decision to buy it and got a pair of black heals to go with it.
