Marcel POV

Seven months have went by and Klaus is going insane. Always talking about how we need to find her and keep her safe. To be honest I don't even know if she's still alive. Countless witches, spells, searches. Nothing. Nothing but distant memories of her. Her smile, her laugh. I miss her and so does Klaus.

"Marcel pack your bags. We're going on another search." Klaus growled, not even looking at me while he spoke.

"Klaus, hold up man. Maybe we should consider the obvious. She could be dead." I said softly.

"DON"T YOU DARE, say that!" His voice getting quieter as he spoke. He shook his head and sighed. I felt bad for the man.

"Okay I'm sorry, let's just go."

Leighanne POV

"Lacey! It hurts!" I screamed as I felt a contraction in my stomach.

"Hush, just breathe. We need to put the cloaking spell down before you give birth." She spoke, texting on her phone.

"Why?" I asked, out of curiosity.

"So the birth is easier. If not then the birth will be much harder and you could die." I trembled at the thought of dying. But it's what's right. I can't keep hiding. I knew in my heart that Klaus would find me. My father said that they would protect me, but Lacey and Theodore also said the same thing. I don't know who to believe anymore.

Lacey called in a witch the remove the cloaking spell from me and my unborn baby. After the spell was complete, I felt free. I was no longer hidden from this world we live in. Maybe Klaus could find me now.

Klaus POV

"Get Davina!" I yelled.

"What? Why?" Marcel was once again questioning me.

"Because, I have to try one more time." I said, referring to the locating spell.

Davina agreed a walked inside of the Quarter. She lit a few candles and began her spell. The map pin pointed her location.

"North Dakota. She's in North Dakota." Davina said.

"Thank you." I grabbed my jacket and left New Orleans.

We slowly approached North Dakota and I was picking up her scent.

"Do you think she's alive?" Marcel asked, fiddling with his hands.

"Yes, I know Leighanne better than anyone." I stated.

He scoffed. "You really think you know her better than me. Last time she was with me before she was with you. You stole her from me, just like you took Rebekah away a hundred years ago."

"This isn't the time, and place to be discussing this, brother." His eyes softened at the word.

"Let's just find her and get the hell back home." I spat.

We walked through the woods, still finding no trace of Leighanne.

"I don't see anything that rings Leighanne, maybe Davina was-" Marcel was cut off by a scream.

"OH MY GOD!" We heard through the woods.

"That way." I said, running towards it.

We reached a house and ran behind it. "She's in there, I know it." I said.

"Check through the windows." I ran around the old, run down house looking for signs of Leighanne.

"Pst. Klaus, over here." Marcel said, he motioned for me to follow him. We jumped onto the porch and I seen Leighanne laying on a bed. Her stomach was large and she was yelling in pain.

"Please make it stop, please!" She begged.

I seen two unwanted visitors. I busted through the glass window. "KLAUS NO!" Marcel yelled. I snapped the male and females necks.

"Tie them up." I said to Marcel. Then turned back to see the face of someone I'd never thought I'd see again. Leighanne.

Leighanne POV

What exactly do you do when your ex-boyfriend is in the same room as the father of your baby?

"Leighanne?" Klaus said in a whisper.

"Hey Kl-OW!" I yelled.

"What's wrong?" He asked, putting a hand on my stomach.

"Klaus I'm pregnant with your baby, I have been for the past nine months. That's why I went missing. Lacey and Theo took me to protect me from everything that could harm me in New Orleans, including- AH!" I felt another contraction. "You have to help me, you have to deliver this baby, please?" I begged, hoping he would answer me. Instead he stared at me in shock. Never saying a word, never looking anywhere else but my stomach.

"Marcel help me, please?" I asked. He swallowed and nodded, then slowly made his way toward me.

"No." Klaus said calmly. "I'll do it." I was surprised at his bravery and calmness. I felt another contraction and I knew it wouldn't be long until I had a baby in my hands.

I was weak, tired and unaware of what was going on. Klaus and Marcel had successfully delivered the baby. It was a girl. Marcel took the baby from Niklaus's hands and Klaus reached his wrist down in front of my face, and toward my mouth. Encouraging me to drink. As I did, I could hear the faint cries of my newborn baby. After a few minutes, I was fully healed. The smell of blood, lingered in the air from where I just gave birth. I ran to the bathroom and vomited. I walked back out to the bedroom, to see Klaus and Marcel, smiling at each other. What all has happened since I was kidnapped.

"C-Can I hold her?" I asked. I felt stupid for asking to hold my own baby. Marcel walked over to me and smiled. "She's beautiful, like her mother." I gave a weak smile and took her from his arms. She was beautiful. I never thought I'd see myself as a mother. But i guess a lot is about to change. I looked over in the corner of the room and seen Theodore and Lacey tied up.

"What did you do to them?" I asked.

"Their okay, we just broke their necks." Marcel said. I nodded in understanding. I looked down at the baby girl in my arms and she was wrapped in a shirt. I walked over to the dresser and pulled out one of the sleepers that Lacey had gotten me. I quickly dressed her and held her close. Klaus walked over and looked at me

"We have some talking to do."
