Jhana-
This is all my fault! If I had told them they could have been more prepared! And if I had never had that stupid dream maybe people wouldn't of gotten hurt... I thought pacing back and forth in the grass.

It's settled then, I leave when they fall asleep.
~time skip~
It took a long time but finally Nya fell asleep. I got up slowly, and carefully made my way to the fence. Gently tapping the ground in front of me before completely setting my foot down.

When I made it to the fence I looked for a way to get out, if I go through this fence, I'll be free to leave. As I looked around for a way out, I heard shuffling behind me. I turned my head and saw Rachel turning in her sleep. I turned back to the fence and continued looking.

After a while I found a hole big enough for me to squeeze through, I crawled under it and found myself in the walkways in between the habitats. I walked around, seeing destruction and death everywhere. Habitats were in ruins and animals of all shapes and sizes were dead. I found myself running as fast as I could, only one thought on my mind. I need to get out of here.

Chloe-
~time skip to morning~
I woke to the sound of arguing, I opened my eyes and looked around to see Nya and Rachel yelling at each other. I tried to get up but a searing pain shoot up my arm, I fell back down, moaning in pain. I heard footsteps coming toward me, "Are you okay Chloe?" Rachel asked worriedly.

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine." I said weakly.

"No your not" Nya stated, then she turned to Rachel "See she needs rest."

"And she can get rest, carry her." Rachel stated.

"No she can't be moving her arm needs to heal." Nya argued.

"Guys." I said, they ignored me and kept arguing.

"Guys!" I said a little louder than before. They still didn't seem to hear me.

"Guys!!" I yelled, they finally looked at me, "What happened?"
~time skip to end of story~
"And when you woke up, she was gone?" I asked.

Rachel nodded her head, "And we need to find her, we are friends, we stick together." Kaylee seemed to agree and I did to. I just don't think I would be able to walk along with them.

Rachel seemed to read my thoughts as she said "But don't worry, I would carry you." This seemed to be a good idea so I nodded.

Rachel looked at Nya and said "See she's okay with it."

Nya muttered something I didn't catch and walked away. Kaylee helped me onto Rachel's back and I got myself as comfortable as possible, being careful with my crushed arm. Turns out when the rock hit my arm I passed out from pain and stress.

As Rachel walked to the fence to leave I wondered if I should tell everyone about Jhana's dream, I should let her decide if she want to tell them about her special dream powers. I decided. Rachel found the hole in the fence Jhana went through and carefully slid through it.

We followed Jhana's scent trail through the zoo, seeing death and carnage everywhere we went. We looked away and made our way through the zoo as quickly as possible.

When we made it out of there we followed the trail straight forward. We walked through the city, seeing the same sights we saw in the zoo. Soon we were running, when the death was behind us we slowed down. The sun was starting to set and we needed to find shelter, and food. I've missed two meals so far, I'm hungry.

Rachel read my mind as she said "we need to find shelter, and maybe some food." Kaylee and Nya nodded their agreement as I said yeah. We walked a bit farther until we found a shallow cave, not far from Jhana's scent trail.

"I'll be back with some food." Rachel said confidently.

"How long has it been sense you have actually gone hunting?" Nya said, not convinced.

Rachel looked hurt from the comment. "I don't know, maybe, 4 years?" She guessed.

"Exactly my point, we shouldn't waste time and energy we could use to find Jhana!" Nya said harshly.

I was surprised by the comment and apparently I wasn't alone. Rachel looked almost mad at Nya "Listen, I want to find her just as badly as you, but that doesn't mean we can go with out food! I mean you can't expect us to look for her on an empty stomach! It would be the death of us!" Rachel yelled.

"Hey! Stop yelling at Nya!" Kaylee said, it became obvious that our group was dividing. I need to put an end to this.

"HEY!" I yelled when they continued arguing.

They all looked at me "Can we please stop arguing for one second!" They stayed silent and stared at me. "Now," I said,"Rachel, you go and hunt for food, try your best and we will understand if you don't catch anything. Nya, we can continue searching in the morning we all need to sleep." Everyone nodded and Rachel went off to hunt.
~time skip~
When Rachel came back with nothing Nya muttered something that sounded like 'I told you so' but I wasn't sure and Rachel said "The earthquake must of scared everything away. I didn't see or hear anything, even the bugs seem to of left."

"It okay, we understand. Right guys?" I said.

"Yeah." Both Kaylee and Nya said simultaneously.

Then we curled up to sleep, Nya went all the way to the front and slept by herself. And Rachel curled up with me and Kaylee slept across from us. I glanced at Nya one last time before sleep overtook me, and I gave in to its warm embrace.
