*DISCONTINUED* Best Furry Friends

As I walked around my cave with the rest of my pack I noticed something strange about the air. Their was a smell I had never smelled before. Kind of musky but still female. I looked throughout the forest a bit, and after a while I saw the force of the smell. It was a large, tan, cat-like creature. Large yellow eyes, massive paws, and a large, bulky body. Poor thing looked half starved yet found the energy to keep going. I admired her ability to keep going in these harsh times of famine.

I went back to my pack, "I know times are hard." I said to them, gathering their attention, "Food is scarce and fresh water is hard to come by. But I just saw something that brought up my spirit. I saw a large cat, half starved and tired, walking trough this woods. She is easily as hungry as us yet she found the energy to keep going! And if that cat can do it, then so can we!" The pack howled their excitement and approval.

Satisfied I jumped down from the rock and sat down with my pack. After all it my job to keep them not only in order and calm. But to lead them in body and spirit. I am the Alpha after all.

Last night was kind of rough but luckily Chloe was there to put an end to the argument. We left the cave and made our way back to the scent trail, the trail was starting to fade though. If we didn't hurry up and find Jhana, we may never see her again. Chloe almost constantly looked like she wanted to say something, but she must of decided against it every time.

We followed the trail till the sun started to set, at that point we were all tired and decided to take a minute to catch our breath. Chloe's leg wasn't getting better, if anything it was getting worse. She couldn't move it at all, and she said that she seemed to be losing feeling in it.

If it keeps getting worse, it will stop working all together. I thought. I heard something move in one of the nearby bushes. "Did you hear that?" Asked Rachel.

"Yeah someone should check it out." I said.

Rachel carefully walked toward the bush, and just as she approached it, a large, midnight black wolf with large, piercing, yellow eyes walked out of it. She had gray on her chest, in the shape of a star, and she seemed proud. She walked with her head held high and asked with a rich voice "Why are you in my territory?"

So this is kind of a filler chapter, sorry it short. I have band camp for 2 more days...

Picture above is what I imagine the wolf to look like in this chapter.

Does anyone know how to crate a cast? I have no clue.

Anyways I'm going to talk weird now...
