Chapter 12

Raph's POV:

I groaned as I slowly woke up. As I was slowly getting up, I hear and saw my brothers running towards me to help me up. "What happened?" I asked them while grabbing my Sias. They all started running around for their weapons while Mikey was just running around. "We gotta go to Sacks Tower! there they'll release a toxin..." Mikey cut Donnie off. "With the mutagen that's in our blood!!"

"So we need to get to Sacks Tower to stop it!" Donnie finished. I nodded and started to get pumped up. "Then let's go!!" I was about to run out when Leo stopped me. "Raph wait!!" I turned to Leo. "What?" All of my brothers suddenly had sad looks in their eyes. "Raph...Sacks has Rosa." That's when everything in my mind stopped. My face of anger turned to shock and panic. "What?" Donnie walked up slowly. "He's had Rosa for those two weeks. He's going to use her as an experiment with the mutagen." My state of shock turned to anger and I growled. "Well then let's go get her! What are we waiting for?!" Sacks took Rosa?! How dare he! When I get my hands on him-!!

Leo, Donnie, and Mikey looked at each other before we nodded and ran out of the building. Once we were outside I saw a helicopter fly by and knew that was Sacks. "Sacks is airborne!!" Leo ran up beside me while looking at the helicopter. "Rosa's on that with him!" I growled more and looked at Donnie. "Don, what's the plan?!" Donnie ran beside a few cars and looked behind them. "Working on it!"

I huffed and waited while on my guard. "Oh my gosh, they have guns!" I heard Donnie yell. We all ducked in front of April and the other guy as soon as the soldiers started shooting. We closed our eyes and waited for the pain of bullets to sear our skin, but there was none. That's when I realized...

"We're bulletproof," I said. Leo smirked and nodded. "Sweet!" That's when we started to charge at the guys and beat 'em up. I kicked a guy and kicked him in the head with his gun. I then started to beat up a few guys before we all ran to a semi-truck and got in the back. I didn't want to admit that there was a slight pain in my shell from when Shredder stepped on it. Even if it hurts, we got a job to do. More importantly, we've got a Rosa to save.

I growled when we weren't moving yet and banged on the wall. "DRIVE!!" I yelled at the guy in the front and soon we drove off. Don't worry Rosa, we're on our way.

Third Person's POV:

Eric Sacks was almost at his tower. Rosa was with him in the helicopter. Sacks couldn't help but smirk at the girl's weakened and unconscious state. After all these years of trying to get her, he finally did. She will be his test subject and her mother will become rich beyond imagine like he promised. It will all become worth it in less than 30 minutes. By the turtles came to save her...they will be too late. She would already be injected with the mutagen and there will be nothing those pets can do about it. For once in their lives, they will have failed their best friend.

Rosa, on the other hand, was in pain. Her whole body ached from the multiple beatings she'd gotten for the past two weeks. She had run out of tears by the time they got her in the helicopter. They stabbed her with a tranquilizer dart and she fell unconscious almost immediately. All Rosa could think about was her friends. Were they on their way to save her? Where was Raph in the lab? Is he dead? Will she die? Now Rosa regretted never telling Raph that she was in love with him. They most likely never see each other again. She wished that she had at least 30 seconds with him to tell him the truth. Rosa has been in love with him ever since she was 13. She had always denied it at first, but then after several months of spending time with him, she couldn't be able to deny it any longer.

She had hidden it though because she was afraid that Raph would reject her. She had even kept it from Leo, Donnie, and Mikey because she was afraid that they would tell Raph. Although she guessed that they probably already figured it out at some point. But now thanks to her fear and worry of being rejected, she'll now die with the fact that she never told Raph her feelings. And now she's starting to regret it. Sadly though, Rosa was pulled out of her thoughts by someone lifting her up and dragging her out of the helicopter. She opened her eyes a crack to see they made it to Sacks tower.
