Kylie POV   

I woke up laying on August's chest . I laid there with my eyes open thinking about what was about to go down last night . I can't believe I was about to willingly give myself to August , but lord knows I wasn't ready . Even he knew that I wasn't . I have to stop thinking with my body , and think with my heart and honestly it wasn't time for me to give myself to him.

I felt August turning and tossing around , and that's when I sat up . I got up and went into the restroom and brushed me teeth and washed my face .

I went back into the bedroom to see August sitting up scrolling on his phone. He looked at me to see me walking to the bed .

" Goodmorning baybeh, how you feeling?" he asked me as he got up to go to the restroom . I got up and followed him.

" I feel great actually , I wanted to apologize about last night. I really let my body get the best of me I promise I'm not that eas-"

I was about to finish my sentence before he cut me off.

" Stop dat shit there Kylie. I know you ain't easy , you haven't felt a mans touch in over a year since yo man been gone . You haven't had your body touched in a long time I know how the female body works . Ion want here that shit come out your mouth again. You undastand me?" he said looking at me .

" Okay August, I'm sorry. " I said to him and I wrapped my arms around his waist from behind as he brushed his teeth .

He finished up and we went back into his bedroom.

" What's your plans for today ma?" He asked me as I packed my clothes in my duffle bag.

" I think I'm going to spend the day with Ahmai, and visit Big Ahmais grave site. What about you?" I said to him trying to smile.

" A nigga got work today my love." he said to me as he shook his head .

" Suck it up , it's life babe." I went over to him and kissed his lips ." I'll see you later okay bae?" I said to him as I walked out his bedroom.

" Ight baby text me once you make it home ." he told me as he walked me downstairs too my car.

I got into my car.

"Bye baybeh see ya later." he said to me as I got in.

I honked my horn and pulled out as I went home.

Ahmais grandma was going to bring Ahmai back to me.

2 hours later.

My son and I were on our way to Big Ahmai's grave site. We were going to have a picnic and spend time reminiscing about Ahmai.

"Mommy I'm so happy to see daddy." he told me as he sat in his car seat playing a game on my phone .

"Me too baby. I'm happy too. You have the flowers right?" I asked him as I looked in my rear view mirror watching him .

"Yes mommy there back here. Mom you have to hurry up already daddy says we're taking too long." he said to me whining.

Mai always got overly excited when we went to his fathers gravesite. It put us both in a state of peace and happiness . It was the closest we could be to him.

I pulled up onto the gravel of the parking lot of the graveyard.

I got out the car and put my shades on to hide the tears that were about to come. I went to unbuckle Mai out of the back seat , and got the picnic basket and flowers .
