i'm laying on the bed watching 'the vampire diaries' when i get the text from my husband that he's on the way home from work. i begin to get really happy because i haven't been able to see him much since he started working longer hours.

in all honestly, i miss him more than ever. i decide to get in the shower so when he gets home, i'll be ready for bed. i go to the bathroom and strip off all of my clothes. i turn on the water and step into the shower.

the steamy water runs down my body and soaks my hair. i begin to lather my hair with strawberry scented shampoo when i feel a cold air hit my nude body. i turn towards the cold air and there was ethan.

i jump and hold my hands over my heart.

"oh my gosh. you scared the shit out of me!" i exclaim, out of breath.

"i'm sorry baby"

he takes my hand from my heart and intertwines it with his while pulling me close to him.

"i missed you." i whisper, as i lay my head on his shoulder.

"i missed you too baby girl."

he rakes his fingers through his hair and i immediately know what that means...

he's stressed.

i softly kiss his neck and feel his body relax almost instantly. i pull away from his arms and smile at him sweetly.

"i'm gonna make you feel better okay?"

"baby, you really don't have to-"

"but i want to" i say, reassuringly interrupting him.

"lay on your stomach eth." i say while sitting next to him on the bed.

he turns onto his stomach and i sit on his lower back only wearing a tank top and cheeky, lace underwear. i begin massaging his shoulders and upper back as he sighs in relief.

after several minutes, i hear his breathing even out and think that he's sleeping. i start to climb off his back when two strong arms wrap around my waist and pull me into them.

"i wanna cuddle baby girl." ethan says softly and pouts.

"okay" i reply with a warm smile.

he tangles our legs together and looks me in the eyes.

"thank you for making me feel better." he says while kissing the back of my hand.

"you're welcome baby" i reply and kiss his neck

"oh and you look hot in what you're wearing.
you better be glad that i'm too tired to fuck you because any other time, i would." he says sexually.

i bite my lip and inhale sharply. he begins playing with my hair and i feel my body relax. i run my fingers through his hair and pull it at the ends knowing that it drives him crazy. he kisses my forehead softly and i smile to myself.

i close my eyes and inhale his scent as i feel my body drifting into a deep sleep.
