Lost

It was exam week at your school, HS High. It was your last exam for the year and than summer! The clock was ticking down, you have 30 minutes left. Of course your head wasn't wrapped around math, you kept thinking about the plans you and Dave made. Dave and you had the same exam, well since you were in the same math class. Dave wanted you to go with him for a walk since John and Jade had to help Karkat with something. 10 minutes. You had one more question, God dammit! 3 minutes. SEVEN! You marked the number down on the page and the bell rang. Everyone got up to hand their exams in. "How do you think you did?" Dave asked you as you both put your exams on the desk. "Decent". Dave laughed a little. "So about that walk..." Dave trailed. "Yea what about it?" You asked. "It looks like we might have to walk home, I got a text like 1 minute before the exam and my fucking front tire popped" Dave groaned. "Oh well that's ok!" You said with a smile. You really wanted to spend some time with Dave, wanting to confess your feelings. "So I know this great Cafe down the road, if you're up for it?" Dave said, while you guys started to walk out the doors. "sure!" You replied.

You and Dave strolled down the street to the petite Cafe. "Hey (l/n) John said there's a quicker way to get it, I mean you have to cut threw the forest"  Dave suggested. "Sure why not" you said with a smile.

-------------2 hours later----------

"I can't believe we got lost!!!" You cried. "It's this way (y/n), I promise" Dave said, pointing To the left. "Dave it's getting late, and it looks like it's going to start raining I think we should get home" You said grabbing his wrist. "Shit "(l/n) I'm sorry I got us lost" Dave  apologized, sitting under a tree. "It's okay, really." You replied. You sat down beside Dave and started to giggle. "What's so funny?" He asked. "I thought cool guys knew there way around town" you giggled. "Ha ha very funny (l/n)" Dave mocked. "Aw I'm sorry Davey" You apologized.
"Hey (y/n), I really like you..." Dave confessed. His face turned bright red. You just kinda looked at him, not knowing what to do. So being the awkward person you are, you kinda just kiss him. He was surprised due to the action you just preformed. He started to kiss back. The kiss was passionate, although it didn't last long. You pulled away, your face redder than a apple. "I-I'm so sorry I didn't kno-" you were cut off by a pair of lips. Oddly enough, you decided to kiss back. You had Fallin' in love with David Elizabeth Strider. Dave pulled away. He got up and gave you his hand, helping you up. Once you both were standing you interlocked fingers and started to find your way home.
