You loved playing piano. The sound the keys made once you've lightly pressed them, and the way you felt like yourself. Piano was the only way to really help you cope with everything. Of course no one knew you played. Even though you have a black grand piano in your apartment when you friends ask you say it's only for decoration. But the magnificent instrument helped you with every day thoughts and struggles. You adored the keys, the way the music sheets fell on your lap when you were learning new songs. Everything. But you were so terrified to play in front of your friends, you thought they would judge you or make fun of you.

It was a crisp autumn afternoon. The leaves were slightly falling to the ground, making winter claim its defeat. You were in last period, math class. God did you hate math class, especially since everyone in the class basically hated you. You were taking notes until the bell rang. 'Finally' you thought. You got up and packed your things Into your backpack, until you noticed your backpack was open.  You looked around the class room to see if anyone was laughing or holding something of yours. But the only person left was the teacher. 'Maybe I just left it open' you sighed. You walked out of the classroom, headphones in your ears you walked down the hallways and out of the school. God how you hated your school. Everyone there found a way to hate you, or to start rumours of you! You were really tired of it.

You finally got home, you unlocked the door and trudged inside. Kicking your shoes off you looked threw your backpack, trying to find the piano sheets to the song "say something". It was your new 'project'. After about a good ten minutes of searching you gave up looking. "Dammit!" You yelled, throwing your backpack across the living room floor. Prices of paper, pencils and notes went everywhere. "FUCK!" You yelled slamming your Hand on the table in Front of you. You walked over to your bag and looked threw it, hoping to find your music sheet book somewhere. No where in sight. You sat down on all of the papers (which were still on the ground) and slowly cried, playing piano was the only thing that would help you threw the day. You could play with out the sheets in front of you but if you messed up you wouldn't know what to do. You hugged your knees, you just wanted to go to sleep and never wake up.

KNOCK KNOCK

You got up off the cold ground. "Who is it?" You managed to spit out.
"(Y/n) it's me...Dave, can I come in?" Dave said softly threw the door.
"I'm busy!" You yelled. Yes you liked Dave but you just really don't want ANYONE here right now, you wanted to be alone.
The door opened. "Hey (l/n)" Dave started. "I have something for you and I thoug- wow...are you ok?!" Dave asked coming over to your crying body. You nodded. "You don't look ok" Dave replied. You looked in his hands and to see a (f/c) notebook with the words "Music sheets".
"Where did you get this!?" You yelled while grabbing the book from Daves hands.
"A kid in Math class took it out of your bag and gave it to me..." Dave confessed.

"I didn't know you play-"
"Why do you care!?" You hissed,
looking at the ground. "Just leave!" You yelled. Dave looked upset, which was never a good sign. You stormed off into your room, slamming the door. Dave followed you, opening your door he found you sitting on the edge of your bed. "Why do you care...why did you come here...shouldn't you be with your friends making fun of me for playing piano!?" You whispered. Dave sat beside you. Tears rolled down your face. A arm snaked around your waist, pulling you into a warm embrace (omg that rhymed!!!!) . "Why would I make fun of you? You're beautiful, smart and you can play the piano, it's like a three in one deal! So please don't cry...why don't you just play me a song...please" Dave begged. You shock your head no.
"Why?" Dave asked
"I don't play for anyone..." You said. "Unless..." You cut yourself off. You moved towards Dave, so you were facing him. You slowly took his glasses off. Daves eyes shut. "Please Dave..." You whispered.

Dave opened his eyes. His Crimson pools in you (e/c) orbs. "Dave their beautiful, why do you hide them?" You asked, placing a hand on his cheek. "Why do you hide the fact that you can play piano? It's nothing to be ashamed of..." Dave questioned. You sighed. Tears rolled down your face once more. "Please don't cry" Dave said while wiping the tears off of you soft cheeks.

You smiled and kissed his cheek. Dave took the opportunity and move his face so your lips would meet. You pulled away as fast as you could. "I'm sorry!" You blurted out. "No don't be" Dave said, moving in for another kiss. This time you kissed back. His hands went to your waist, pulling you closer so your body's were basically touching. You placed your arms around his neck. The kiss grew deeper and longer. You were basically sitting on top of Dave. You both broke the kiss, and smiled.

You got off of Dave and grabbed his wrist, pulling him to the piano. With Dave in one hand and the music book in the other you felt happy.
You sat down on the piano, with Dave sitting next to you. You started to play "say something"

----Timeskip cause I'm lazyyy----

Once you were finished the song Dave clapped and kissed you on the cheek. "That's my little pianist!" He said. "Yours?"You asked.
Dave just placed another kiss on your lips, knowing he had fallen in love with the little piano girl.
