JIHAE's POV
Jeon Jaewoo was my best friend. My best best friend to be exact. He was like a brother to me and we also played along well. He was a shoulder for me to cry on and an ear for me to spill out all of my anger and sadness toward my family. His family was also quite close to mine. In fact, his family was the one who prepared my appa's and my eomma's funeral.
Jaewoo and I were like a family to each other. We played games together, studied together, ran together, and we even went to the same school. He was really nice.
But, one day.. everything's changed. We bickered a lot and we also fought a lot. Well, we had also fought before, but that was just joking around. This time, nope. Our fights were quite serious that he became cold to me. Jeon Jaewoo was known as the warm-hearted kind of guy whom always cheerful and smiled to everyone, so it was quite odd, knowing he became cold to me.
I didn't know the reason why, and so did Mijoo whom often hung out with us. I had wanted to say sorry and wanted to get peace with him, because fighting with Jeon Jaewoo was exhausting and I had missed him a lot. But, it was too late. Jaewoo's family had already moved to Australia and I didn't have his phone number.
I didn't even have the chance to say good bye.
"Yah, Lee Jihae, are you listening?" Mijoo asked as I snapped back to the reality.
I shook my head slowly to remove those memories of me and Jaewoo.
"Sorry, I blanked out."
"You were thinking about him, weren't you?" She asked and I sighed. "It must have been quite hard for you. I'm sorry, Jihae, for bringing this up."
"Nah, it's okay. Jaewoo probably has forgotten about me though," I said as I gave her a faint smile.
Mijoo held my hand and gave me a smile. "No, he hasn't."
"Why are you so sure?"
"Because I've talked to him, Jihae," she said. "And he wanted to meet you."
I gulped.

AUTHOR's POV
"Taehyung-ah!"
Taehyung removed both of the earphones that hung on his ears and turned around. He instantly bowed 90 degrees as he saw the person who called his name.
"Seokjin hyung!"
It was Kim Seokjin, his vocal mentor.
"Why are you walking alone in the school corridor? It's time to go home."
"I'm used to it, hyung."
"Where's your friend?"
"Namjoon and Hoseok? Ah, they--"
Seokjin cut him off. "No, I mean Jimin. I had seen you both were really close during the vocal lesson. What happened to you guys?"
Taehyung didn't answer it, instead he rubbed his back neck.
"Did something happen, Taehyung-ah?"
"Not.. really."
"I know you're lying, Taehyung. I know you well, don't you remember?"
"It's a long story."
Seokjin sighed, but then he chuckled. "I just wanted to tell you that whatever happened to you and Jimin, you guys must be back together. You and Jimin have a strong bond of brothership, so don't waste it and cherish it. You understand?"
"Yes, hyung."
"Good. I'm going home now. See you soon, Taehyung-ah!"
"Yeah. See you, hyung," Taehyung said as Seokjin walked away.
Actually, he didn't listen to Seokjin's advices. He probably didn't care anyways.
He put on his earphones back and continued walking as if nothing ever happened.
