NEVAEH!

*It's summer, FINALLY! Time to have some fun, hopefully...*
*9:47 A.M.*

Yolivia (shaking Nevaeh to wake her up): Vaeh, Vaeh, NEVAEH!
Nevaeh: Huh? What do you want? And you the feds (american slang for police)? I don't have the diamonds, I promise!
Yolivia: What? No, is Yolivia.
Nevaeh: You don't call me Vaeh!

*Nevaeh glances at her clock*

Nevaeh: It's 9 o'clock in the morning!
Yolivia: Yeah...
Nevaeh: I'm awake
Yolivia: That's true
Nevaeh: It's summer! Ya know, I wake up at 5 o'clock  to catch the bus to school every morning! Who sent you to disturb my beauty rest?
Yolivia: No one, I didn't want you to miss breakfast
Nevaeh: Awwww.... not a good enough excuse!

*Nevaeh walks to the bathroom, washes up, then to the breakfast table*

Dad: Good morning, Vaeh
Nevaeh: Hi Dad
Mom: Nevaeh...
Nevaeh: Home-wrecker...
Mom: Evan, I don't know where she gets that sass from, but it sure ain't me
Dad: Oh, she's just being Nevaeh. She always had a full personally
Mom: I guess...
Kaidyn: So... how was everyone's morning so far?
Egypt and Aaron: Good
Kaidyn: Great! Yoli, how about you?
Yolivia: It was good, I guess. I don't know, something kinda caught me off guard. Like I wanted to be nice to someone today because she kinda doesn't like me. I'm gonna change that
Kaidyn: Uh, okay...

*Awkward silence fills the room*

Yolivia: Um, so... I was thinking that Kaidyn, Nevaeh and I could do something together. Today
Kourtney: That sounds like a great idea!
Nevaeh: HEY! I was kinda planning on staying in today... and every other day of the summer until something interesting happens
Kaidyn: Vaeh, the mall is interesting
Yolivia: It'll be fun, I promise
Mom: She's going! Whatever can get her out of that bottomless pit she call "a bed"
Nevaeh: OMGoodness! Fine... but I'm not gonna enjoy it!
Yolivia: Ok... We're leaving at noon

*12 o'clock comes and the girls head to Albany Pentix, the biggest mall in Newyork. They have a FANTASTIC time, even Nevaeh! It's about 3 o'clock and the girls are chilling outside, at the tables of Estrela Dólares, a Brazilian coffee shop.*

Kaidyn: Yoli, this has been one of the best days in this whole summer!
Nevaeh: Yeah, even I had fun!
Yolivia: I'm super glad you guys had a good time. Do you guys want anything else before we leave?
Kaidyn: Yeah, I'm gonna go get a Captain Crunch Frappuccino
Yolivia: Okay

*Kaidyn walking inside the restaurant, leaving Yolivia and Nevaeh in total silence*

Yolivia: So... how'd you like the mall?
Nevaeh: It's nice. I've never been to this mall, it's the biggest mall I've ever been to
Yolivia: Yeah, it's where I come to clear my mind, and my checking account

*They both laugh*

Yolivia: Could I ask you a question?
Nevaeh: Sure
Yolivia: How come you're always mean to me?
Nevaeh: Uh, well... it's because........ it's because I'm scared
Yolivia: Of me?
Nevaeh: Oh Lord, no!
Yolivia: Then, of what?
Nevaeh: Oh losing my dad. I've already lost my mom to all the guys she dates now. I just wanted 1 stable parent, and that's also why I act out sometimes... wow, I told myself I was never gonna tell anyone that
Yolivia: Nevaeh, I could never steal your own father from you. He don't know this, but when you're not there, he takes so much about you
Nevaeh: He does?
Yolivia: Of corse! About how you've always been known as the one with "the most character " in the family
Nevaeh: Really!? How nice!
Yolivia: Besides, I know how it feels. When my mom and dad split up, I HATED my half twin brothers! But, I learned to love Jacksyn and Jayson because I began to realize that  it wasn't their faults
Nevaeh: That's nice! ... I'm sorry I was so rude to you all these months
Yolivia: Don't sweat it Nevaeh
Nevaeh: Call me Vaeh

*They both smile to eachother. Then, out of nowhere, shots where being fired left and right, one hitting Nevaeh in the lower right side of her chest. Nevaeh is bleeding out, people are running out of the shop to see what had happened, including Kaidyn *

Yolivia (crying hysterically) : OH MY GOSH, NEVAEH! OH LORD, WHY! SPEAK TO ME! SPEAK TO ME!
Nevaeh (forcing out her words in a whispered way and breathing hard): Call... (breath) the... (breath) police... (breath)
Yolivia: Okay(crying hard)! Just stay with me. Oh, please stay with me! SOMEONE HELP! PLEASE HELP ME! MY SISTER HAS BEEN SHOT! PLEASE, SOMEBODY, ANY BODY,PLEASE!
Kaidyn: AHHHHH! VAEH, YOLI, WHAT HAPPENED
Nevaeh: Call... (breath) the... (breath) police... (breath)

*A random person comes with a rag from inside the store to apply pressure to Nevaeh's wound while Yolivia is on the phone with paramedics and Kaidyn is on the phone with Dad*

●Yolivia's Phone Call
Dispatch: NYPD, what's your emergency?
Yolivia (crying loudly into the phone): MY SISTER IS ON THE GROUND, SHE'S BLEEDING EVERYWHERE! OH MY GOSH, THERE'S SO MUCH BLOOD!
Dispatch: Okay, where are you?
Yolivia: I'M AT ALBANY PENTIX, OUT SIDE OF ESTRELA DÒLARES AT SOME TABLES! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SEND HELP!
Dispatch: Help is on the way, stay on the line and talk to me, okay. How old are you, what's your name?
Yolivia (still crying but becoming calm): I'm Yolivia Samson, I'm 19
Dispatch: How old is your sister, what's her name?
Yolivia: Nevaeh Ne'Noneya, she just turned 13
Dispatch: Are you guys biological?
Yolivia: No ma'am, that's my half sister
Dispatch: Was there anyone else that witnessed the shooting?
Yolivia: No, no one else was outside. But her sister, Kaidyn No'Nenya, she was inside
Dispatch: Okay, how old is she?
Yolivia: 16
Dispatch: Okay, good. Stay calm help is almost there. Is she still breathing?
Yolivia: I don't know(starts crying loud again, and hyperventilating). I DON'T KNOW...(breath)  IF SHE'S ALIVE...(breath), SHE ON THE GROUND AND THERE A LOT OF BLOOD!
Dispatch: Okay.......

●Kaidyn's Phone Call
Dad: Hey Kaidyn, how's the mall?
Kaidyn: *Just crying into the phone*
Dad: Baby... baby, what wrong? Why are you crying?
Kaidyn (still crying): Nevaeh's been shot!
Dad: What!? How?
Kaidyn: I don't know. I was in the store and Yoli and Veah were out side
Dad: Where is Yoli? Is she okay?
Kaidyn: Yeah, she on the phone with police
Dad (also starts crying): Is Nevaeh breathing?
Kaidyn: I don't know. Some guy is putting pressure on her gun shot wound. There's blood every where
Dad: I'm coming
Kaidyn: The medics are here, I've got to go!
Dad: Um, okay. Stay safe baby. I love you
Kaidyn: Love you too Daddy
