Kiba's POV
What was she doing? We made a promise! I haven't stopped her from killing my comrades! And this little fella was going to kill an innocent girl. "Move out of the way you idiot!" I roared. "No! I wont just stand here watching my friends die, helplessly! You can fight me if you'd like!" she cried. "Why do you have to be this annoying!?" I growled rolling my eyes, standing ready to fight. She seemed surprised, as she got to her fighting stance. I charged at her, as she slashed her sword I ducked, she stood there slicing the air. But from behind I gashed her leg and she tripped and fell. Horror spread across her face, as tears rolled down her rosy red cheeks. I whispered "sorry" and left her there, making sure she wouldn't annoy me again.
I kept fighting for hours on end. Yuri repeatedly got up after each hour, confident that she could win if she just kept fighting. But each time she got weaker as her cut grew larger and larger. But she wouldn't stop! I had no choice but to knock her out. I plan to end this battle today! Only about 150 intruders were left, and I will wipe them all out! Then the question I've been ignoring all day hit me. What will happen to Yuri? I closed my eyes as tears rolled down my neck, but I tried to force them back into my head. She'll just have to come with us, I'm sure my nation wont mind once she's proven her loyalty. "I'm sorry Yuri, but this is one fight I must win!" I whispered. But when I turned around she was gone. I studied my surroundings but she was no where to be found. "She can fight her own battle..." I growled
