"Baking" in the Bakery (Requested)

Sorry I have been gone for so long. I have kinda had a busy Summer with my 4-H project and Summer reading work and blah blah blah. But, I am back now!!! Yay!!

So, this story idea was requested by FangirlingNeverStops. I hope you enjoy this story and I hope it is along the lines of what you wanted.

Marinette POV

"Are you still coming over?"

"Yeah, I'm on my way Princess. I'll be there at 7:00 pm. See you in a bit."

"Okay, see you soon."

I set my phone down on my desk and got up from my computer. I checked the time. 6:45 pm.

"Well, I guess while I'm waiting, I could bake some cookies." I said to myself as I walked to my door. 

I opened it and walked down the ladder leading to the living room. I walked to another ladder and went down to the bakery. The bakery was calm and quiet, since it was after hours. My parents were away on a trip and Adrien was coming over to hang out with me.

I walked over to the cabinet and collected all of the ingredients for the cookies and set them on the counter. I looked over the ingredients. Eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, what am I forgetting?

"Oh, the flour! Duh." I yelled at myself. I grabbed the step stool and got into the highest cabinet and grabbed the sack of flour, pulling it towards me. Now, if you have never held a sack of flour, you wouldn't know that it is one of the heaviest things that I have carried. I got a hold of it and started to make my way down the step stool. AAAAAANNNNNNDDDD of course being the clumsy girl I am, I slipped on some flour that had fallen from the bag and dumped even more onto the steps. 

'Great.' I thought.

I began to take another step and this time I slipped A LOT. And down I went.

At the same time, Adrien walked in and saw this scene playing out. He ran over and jumped over the counter and caught me, which meant the flour scattered all over the floor.

"You should really be more careful my lady." Adrien said to me as he helped me upright.

"Yeah, yeah, silly cat. Oh no.......the flour is everywhere!" I said as I grabbed the broom and began to clean up the huge mess I made.

"Hey, Adrien? If you want to, you can follow this recipe and start making the cookies." I said said grabbing a recipe out of my pocket.

"The cookies are done!.................I think?" Adrien said as he opened the oven. I had just finished cleaning up the flour and putting away the extra ingredients that we didn't use.

"Let me see!" I said as I ran over to the oven with Adrien.

He opened it and pulled out the cookies.

"OMG Adrien, these look great! You're a natural!" I said as I kissed him on the cheek, grabbing the tray. I set it on the counter.

"Now, these cookies taste best with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on them." I said going to the fridge and grabbing the whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

I decorated them and Adrien and I grabbed one.

"Okay, on 3. 1....2..........3......." And we took a bite.

"These are really good Marinette!" He said.

"Don't give me credit, I didn't make them, you did." I said while giggling.

"Why are you giggling at me?" Adrien looked at me confused.

"Haha, you, you ha-have whipped cream on you're no-nose." I managed between giggles.

"Oh......oh yeah?" Adrien said with a smirk as he grabbed the whipped cream container and put some whipped cream on my nose.

"AHH. OH. IT'S ON, YOU'RE GOING DOWN CAT." I yelled as we both started throwing leftover sugar and flour at each other and spraying whipped cream towards one another, making another mess.

But, neither of us cared. We were just having fun. The mess could wait, that was the least of our worries. All we cared about was each other..........................and whose was gonna win (me) and who was gonna lose (that stupid cat).
