A/N

I'm feeling really tired right now. Don't know why. Just do. And it's summer vacation! I've been doing good and I hope you guys have been doing very good too.

I've also started a new book (yes I know, probably my third one that I've tried out) but I'm experimenting.

It's called Addict Love and I would greatly appreciate it if you lovely readers read it.

Please read, vote, comment, and enjoy!

Chapter Thirty-Three: Breaking Down

Reese hugged my trembling body while we sat on the chairs in the stupid hospital waiting room.

Every few seconds a tear would roll down my cheek and slip down my chin to fall on his hand. I noticed them clenching each time a tear fell on it, which made me feel bad for some reason.

"You hungry?" he asked all of a sudden. I lifted my head up to look at him with my glassy eyes. "I could get you something."

The sound of food almost made my mouth water, but instead I shook my head. "I just want to see my parents," I sighed with a shaky breath.

He hugged me even tighter as my body curled into a ball in his embrace. The fact that I was sitting on his lap while crying made me feel like a baby.

"Where the hell are the doctors?" I blurted out harshly. "Where's Alex. . .?"

Reese sighed while his hand went through strands of my hair. More tears rolled down as the image rolled in. The car smashed up. Claire and Harry getting rolled in the ambulance cars.

"Maggie!?" My head snapped up when I saw my worried brother stride inside the room.

Reese let me go, almost reluctantly, before I finally got up and hugged my brother. He stumbled back a bit but regained his balance and hugged me back.

This time I was crying even more and harder. "Have you heard anything?" he asked.

"N-No," I stuttered. "I've been waiting here for so long! No fucking doctor has come at all." My voice broke midway which meant that I was crying even worse, probably worse than a baby.

"I'm going to ask." Alex let go of me when I went back to Reese. I needed a hug. I needed someone by me to not feel alone.

Being alone was my biggest fear.

Alex almost came back immediately with an even more worried look. "What happened?" I asked too quickly. He didn't answer back which made me grow angry. "What the hell happened, Alex?"

"They're. . . They're both in a coma," he stammered.

That's when I broke.

My vision was getting blurry. My mind and thoughts growing hazy. I tried catching my breath since it was accelerating every second. Fear grew inside me while I looked around and pried myself away from Reese. I stepped back away from both guys, grabbing my head with my hands with sobs escaping my lips.

"Maggie?" Reese asked as he took a steady step forward. That led me to look at him in fear, turn around, and run to the girls bathroom.

He slammed his hand against the door before I grabbed the edge of the counter.
