Hermione's POV:

Once again, I sat in a cold hospital chair.

I hoped that I would never have to sit in one of these chairs again, but here I am.

The nurse is diagnosing Draco now.

I wait.

She soon finishes.

"Alright. The results are finished." The nurse says.

I nod, worried.

She must see my worried expression, because she says,"Don't worry. It's nothing serious."

I relax.

"It seems that he has asthma and is allergic to pollen. Do you know anything about the pollen aspect?" The nurse asked.

I think for a second.

Then I smack my forehead.

"It's my fault. I had a bouquet in his room to welcome him home." I said.

"Oh, dear, you couldn't have known. It alright." She said, smiling.

"Well, he can go home now." She said.

I jumped up.

"Really?" I asked, grinning.

"Yup. But I need one thing from you." She said.

I deflated.

"Yes?" I said.

She smiled.

"Keep him away from flowers." She said.

I perked up.

I pretended to salute.

"Can do, ma'am." I said.

She smiled.

"Alright, then. He can go." She said.

"Thank you so much." I said.

She smiled.

"You're welcome." She said.

And with that, she left the room.

I walked over to Draco.

His eyes were closed.

I was worried.

Then, a soft snore filled the air.

I smiled.

He was just sleeping.

*two hours later*

Draco was safely home.

I had woken him up.

We had walked out to the car togther.

I was surprised at how fast and how steadily he could walk now.

He stumbled once, and a lady looked at him.

The lady looked up me.

To my surprise, she smiled.

I understood.

Having come from outside a hospital, it was normal for patients to have trouble walking.

I drove him home.

I made lunch, grilled cheese, and we ate at the table together.

Now, Draco could talk like a regular person.

He asked a lot of questions, mostly about who people were.

He asked my name several times.

He never seemed to remember it, though.

He calls me Herm.

Whenever he said it, I always laugh.

He always laughs along with me.

He is almost back to the self that he was before he lost his memory.

He startled me put of my thoughts by saying,"I'm going to go take a nap, okay, Herm?"

I smiled.

"Sure." I said.

As he was walking up the stairs, he turned back to me.

"Night, Hermione."

Yay!

He remembers her name!

Finally!

At this point, it has been almost a month since he woke up.

I forgot to put the time differences in, but now you know.

Well, bye.

Lots of love and Potter vibes, Wylah
