After I chose to take another nap, I decided to engage Mom's Idea of asking my new friends to come over - Although I wasn't sure if it was a good plan to invite them. I wasn't feeling so well: but I was awfully bored and it wouldn't do any harm if they would come to my house.
I was thinking about what we could do. It might sound nerdy, but I structurally planned how I would greet them.
The only number I had was Jackson's, so I called him nervously. Mom was already gone for half an hour.
"Rain? How are ya".
"Hi Jackson, um, I was wondering if Natalie, Chris and You would like to come over to my house? I'm not feeling great and I'm super bored, and I think it'll be fun if we guys meet up here."
I couldn't see him, but i was sure that he was surprised.
"Hey, that sounds great. I can let Natalie know where you live, and Chris will join me. Expect us to come in 15 minutes, but we won't stay for that long. Okay?"
Chris would come over. Today. I shook my head even though he didn't know.
"Alright, see you guys.", he hung up. I could feel the excitement in the top of my fingers, while I heard my blood rushing in my ears. I hope my headache wouldn't affect anything much.

I heard a few knocks on the door. I, slowly but fast, ran downstairs. Quickly, I looked in the mirror, checking my outfit and face. I had applied a lot of mascara, which made my green eyes stick out. I had applied a slight trace of blush on my cheekbones.
"Hey you sick lil girl", Jackson stepped in first, hugging me. I felt his strong body pressed against mine, and his athletic arms over my shoulders. His curly hair tickled the side of my head. When he let go, I saw his autumn - like green eyes. His face was as friendly as always.
"Unfortunately, Nat couldn't come, she has to take care of her Grandpa.", Jackson said, with a heartbroken shade in his face. "Hope that's okay for you."
I nodded quickly.
That meant - that I was alone with two guys today. If my Mom would only know... I was happy she didn't come to be really honest, so I had the two boys all for my own.
Behind him, I saw Chris, holding bouquet of lilac flowers. I felt my heart falling down to my feet.
He came closer.
"Hey.", he said in a really quiet voice. I looked into his eyes, which were bluer that ever. He had worn a white t-shirt with an Aztec pattern on it, representing the Cali beach life. His bright pair of nikes displayed his athleticism, which could be felt when he stepped closer to my body.
"I thought if you invite me, or us, it would be nice to greet you with flowers. Despite the fact that normally, every gorgeous girl should be greeted with flowers."
I smiled so hard, I remember feeling my burning cheeks getting cramped. How was it possible to make someone so happy with a small importance.
"Thank . . Thank you so much.", I stuttered. Why was I so nervous? He was just a... guy. But No: there was more in him. I knew it since the first time I saw Chris.
He didn't hug me like Jackson did, but I saw him following Jackson who was on his way to the kitchen.
"It's not finished yet. I swear it's the worst when you don't get to eat real food for days. I'm speaking in experience here."
Jackson laughed.
"What isn't real food then?", he asked while, without any delay, opening the shelfs.
