Chapter 8

Naruko's Pov

"Hey Naruko since your done eating, let's go ahead and meet Sakura and Kakashi at the training grounds," I was standing over the sink washing dishes, while Sasuke stood behind me and played with a string of my long golden hair. I don't know why but that's always been a habit of his, but I'm not complaining.

"Mmkay lets go," I turned off the water and dried my hands on a towel,while Sasuke zipped up his shirt.

"Hey teme why do you still wear that shirt that makes you look like a stripper," he tsk'ed and rolled his eyes.

"Like your one to talk wearing those booty shorts with long black socks," we put our shoes on and walked out the door. I breathed in the fresh summer air and bathed in the sunlight.

"Well I thought it looked cute," he rolled his onyx eyes and pushed me along the dirt road, while maneuvering us through the village. 

"Sure, if you like being a tramp," I forcefully stopped dead in my tracks and little village kids gasped and ran for cover.

"What. Did. You. Say. Teme."💢 I clenched my fist and turned around to see the poker faced Sasuke.

"Let me spell it out for you           t-r-a-m-p, tramp." I swung my fist and he caught it throwing me across the village and into the training grounds.

I hit a rather large tree and the earth below me shook. I sat up slowly and rubbed my head, while he ran at me full speed with a chidori.

I widened my eyes and quickly jumped up, dodging his attack. He knock down rolls of trees and black birds scattered across the blue sky. He smirked and walked over to me,while grabbing my cheeks.

"Save it for the training would ya." I snatched his arm and threw him to the ground, pinning him so he couldn't move. I summoned a shadow clone and created a small blue rasengan.

I smirked and aimed for  the ground beside of his head, just to scare him, but someone grabbed my hand and and threw me into the trees, causing a big explosion.

"Ugh what the hell." I rubbed the back of my head and opened my eyes to see two Sasukes.

"W-whaaa you can use shadow clone jutsu too." He rolled his eyes and eyed his perfectly made clone.

"Of course I can dobe." He stuck his tongue out at me and he soon fell to the ground.

"Hey Naruko!" Sakura waved while Sasuke glared at her, picking himself up off the ground. I laughed while Sakura helped me up and I gave her a high five.

"Nice work Sakura-Chan." She smiled and blew some imaginary dirt off her fist.

"I know," we both laughed while Sasuke and Kakashi stared at us with uninterested expressions.

"Umm, well then how about we get started," Kakashi smiled behind his mask and we all followed him to the spot where we were going to be training.

"Ok everyone, I want you all to be doing the same thing, well expect for Naruko," I stared at Kakashi with a confused expression and he just smiled, while guiding me over to a round guy.

"This is who you will be working with, Killer B. He is also a jinchūriki and will be helping you control the nine tails." I put my hands behind my back and gave the man a bright smile.

"Nice to meet you Killer B." He smirked and and held out a fist. My smile dropped as I tried to figure out what he was doing.

"Bump it, and don't ask why." Kakashi leaned in and whispered quietly in my ear. I ah'ed and bumped his fist.

"Alright alright. Let's get this training started." My expression changed into an 'are you for real look' as I stared at Kakashi and he just patted my back, while leaving.

"Um alright alright. What do you need me to do first." I tried to mimic his enthusiasm, while he nodded his head in approval.

"First you gotta battle those inner demons known as your true self." I nodded and put my hand on my hip.

"And how do I do that." He smirked and held up a shiny silver mirror.

"With this. Look into it and truly focus on yourself. Remember not all things can be solved by fighting." I nodded my head and did as instructed.

*time skip, sorry I'm too lazy to write all of this, but it basically happened like it did in the show*

"Wow this is amazing. The power flow is unreal," Killer B nodded and admired his work.

"Thank you Killer B. I couldn't have done it without you." He smiled and held out his fist, which I bumped in return.

"Well it's time for me to leave Mrs.Naruko and make sure to keep that Sasuke in line." I blushed and nodded my head softly.

"You know I will." He nodded and walked away as I changed out of tailed beast mode.

"Now what was that about keeping me in line." I jumped and turned around to see a sweaty Sasuke. A sweat drop dripped down the side of his face as he held onto an almost empty bottle of water. I felt my ears grow hot as I looked at his overworked body.

"Something wrong Naruko," he smirked and I lowered my head, shaking it in a disapproving motion. He lifted up my head and placed the water in my hand.

"Here drink up. You look pretty tired." I sighed and took a drink of the ice cold water, as it soothed my dry throat.

"You have no idea." He chuckled and leaned down to my ear.

"Hey Naru-Chan, that was an indirect kiss," I looked down at the now empty bottle and felt my whole face grow hot.

"S-shut up t-teme, and don't call me Naru-Chan." He smiled and patted my head.

"I think I'm starting to like you Naru-Chan."
