Learning to love you...

Chapter #18: Almost ready

You both finished off with the movie that was already playing in the T.V. You were bored out of your mind, honestly. You turned around to see Jin sleeping while his head was in a repeated routine of falling down and him subconsciously straighten it only to do it again. 

"Cutie." You mumbled and moved closer to him and laid his head on your lap. He opened one of his eye to see what was happening. 

"It's okay, go back to sleep." You said and played with his hair, soothing him into his slumber as he flashed a tired smile and closed his eyes. 

You continued to play with his hair as your phone began to vibrate. Wondering what caused the phone to vibrate that violently, you took it only to reveal your close classmate, Ashra texting you. 

(Ashra, you.)

Hey, Y/N! You're not in class today as well? What happened? You alright? :)
Hi, Ashra! I wasn't feeling very well. Sorry, couldn't text you earlier about it! :(
Take care! If you need help with the notes or anything, don't be afraid to give me a call! 
Thank you so much, you have no clue how much you're helping out. Phew! :D
Well, the main reason why I texted you was because I wanted to invite you to the mid-sem party we're throwing on this Friday!  
Oh, wow! If I'm all better, I'll come along!
Bring anyone of your liking as well! Take care!

"What happened?" Jin spoke, his voice a little raspy. 

"Oh, it's nothing." You smiled down to him as he shook his head.

"Then continue playing with my hair." He said. It was more of a command. You chuckled and continued ruffling his hair, twirling it, massaging his scalp on the go as he hummed.

"Joh-ah," he smiled as you laughed. (He said: nice)

That's how you spent your evening. You playing with Jin's smooth hair while he was purring like a cat. After like an hour or so, Jin forcefully got up from your lap only to cuddle closer to your entire body. It's been 10 minutes since then and you both haven't spoke a word. 

"You know," You started off.

"Hmm?"

"I really like you." You said, out of the blue. 

"And, I really like you too." He said as you laughed.

"Good because it would be kind of awkward to have a one side liking while we're literally married?" You joked as he looked at you while his head was rested on your shoulder.

"Yup." He said. His eyes didn't dare to leave you. 

"What?" You chuckled, suddenly conscious of yourself.

"You're pretty. I was just wondering how my parents got hold of a literal angel for me to marry." He said as you laughed till your eyes were tearing up. 

"Oh, Jin, you're humor sense is really jjang!" You said and gave him a thumbs up.  

"I'm not joking!" He continued as you laughed your last chuckle. 

"Okay okay, stop it." You said as he looked away. 

"I'm just glad I can kiss you whenever I want because having a crush on you would be pretty horrible. I can't imagine not being able to kiss you whenever I'm around you. The guys in your school are very unlucky that I almost pity them." He said as you shook your head.

"Do you want me to do something for you or something? Why are you appreciating me this much?" You teased as he chuckled.

"Complimenting someone every now and then isn't a very bad thing, you know." He said as you hummed.
