Phalina lay in the S.T.A.R. Labs bed, weak and awake. Barry by her side, she turned to look at him.

"Barry? You're fine. I couldn't let him kill you. Not if you were the Flash."

Barry gave a smile that turned into a sob.

"Why?! You almost killed yourself in the process! Y-you....I'm just glad that you survived. You've been the best CCPD partner I've ever had."

Phalina let a tear drop. Seeing Barry cry was like watching your pet dog get killed.

"Barry...I-I knew you were the Flash even before we were even partners."

she said, feeling Barry squeeze her hand.

Barry looked up with curious and astonished crying eyes.

"Y-you did?"

he stutterd, wiping his eyes with his other arm.

Phalina nodded, grinning.

"It doesn't take much brains to figure out. You always figured out the most complicated cases, you were always mysteriously disappereaing, and you would never directly answer someone's questions. It was kinda obvious, Barry!"

she answered.

He gave a nervous laugh and sniffled.

"Yeah, I guess. Well, I guess there's no hiding it anymore now...haha."

Harry came in with Cisco and Caitlin with Joe following them. Cisco held a bowl of beans and rice. He pointed to it and smiled,

"Brought you your favorite dish

Phalina thanked him and started sheepishly eating. She ate it in almost three minutes flat and it was a pretty big bowl. Everyone watched with astonishment as she finished, setting the bowl onto the side table.

"Thank you. Thank you all." She sleepily muttered.
