"I'm free! I'm finally -"
"Shut up, Lilli."
"Dick."
I squeal as Harry throws a pillow at me, nearly knocking over a nurse in the process.
"Excuse me, sir -" she says helplessly, sighing as Louis rolls over my bed and lands on his knees, pretending to hold a gun.
He mimes shooting the nurse. "I'm sorry, you're going to have to stay there until we get Lilli out of here."
She shakes her head irritably and picks up the cushion and then Niall throws me over his shoulder and starts to run.
"I'm free!" I yell again, ignoring Harry giving me a dirty look.
Liam appears at the end of the corridor, coffee in hand, and shrieks girlishly as we nearly knock him over. "What the hell happened here?"
"Don't ask," Harry advises.
"I'm -"
Niall clamps his hand over my mouth and slows to a walk as we reach the ground floor of the hospital. I lick his hand and he dumps me on the floor.
"Oops," he says pointedly, and Louis giggles.
"Your hand tastes bad," I complain, picking myself up off the floor and wiping it exaggeratedly on my leg.
Liam rolls his eyes. "You're all such children."
"Race you to our car?" Harry offers, and I grin. We barrel down the corridor and out of the main doors. I hear the others panting for breath somewhere behind us as we fly down the steps.
"Turn right, Lilli!" Liam yells after me. I grin and swerve, almost knocking over Harry in the process.
He yells in protest as I slam myself against the car. "Yes!"
"Lilli for the win!" Louis yells, catching up and lifting up one of my hands.
I laugh with exhilaration.
Niall almost leaps into the car past me. "Louis, we left half a pizza in here last night, it'll have gone cold!" he complains. "Is that even edible?"
"No shit, Sherlock," Liam smirks, getting in the driver's seat. Harry winks at Louis and I, before climbing in next to Niall.
"Hey, give me your phone a minute," Louis smiles. I pass it over hesitantly.
He types in a few things and then slots it into my bag for me.
I hear a car horn across the car park and I know my parents are here to pick me up.
"Text me later, okay?" Louis smiles again, before shutting the car door after him.
As I wave goodbye and then turn towards my parents' car, I check my phone.

And as I leave the hospital for the last time, I smile to myself.

Okay so basically I'm nearly at the end of the book. I think there's only 1 more chapter after this.
It's a crap chapter because I'm too lazy to write anything half decent but I wanted to upload it because DailyGoon brought food into art class today in honour of this book getting 420 views which was surprisingly motivational😂
Tbh you should be glad Lilli's alive in this chapter because I considered killing her off halfway through it.
