"Cora! " I heard as I walked into the main hall of my school. I turned to Aria and walked to her

  "Hey girlie!" I laughed

  "So , I heard there is a new girl from Arizona . And that she is really pretty" She smiled

  "Nice, too bad I don't have room for another friend." I sipped my coffee

  "Cora you only have 5 friends" She looked at me

  "Um excuse me I have 6. Gradyn and I really close."

  "Gradyn is 6 and she is the kid you baby sit" Aria looked at me

  "She is way more fun to talk to though" I laughed

  "Im hurt" Aria said with no emotion

  "AYE , you seen that new chick? She is smoking!" Nate said walking up to us

  "No, but I'm curious to see if she really is that cute" I laughed

  "She is definitely cute" Johnson said joining us with Sam and Jack

  "Eh, I don't like blondes" Sam said

  "That ironic" Aria giggled looking at his bleach blonde hair. Which caused me to laugh as well.

  "Yea she's pretty cute though" Jack said which did not make me feel that great. And with that my face fell to my resting bitch face. Even though we aren't dating, because I don't do relationships, shit still stings. "So Cora, you gonna come to the game on Friday?" Jack said noticing my sudden silence

  "Huh? Oh um, maybe" I smiled "Are you gonna kick some more bleachers?" I smirked

  "Yes" I heard from all the guys which caused me to stifle a laugh

  "Its called caring about the team" Jack said

  "Its called anger issues" Aria said

  "Someones salty today, Its cute though" Sam winked which caused Aria to blush so hard.

  "Aye theres the new girl" Johnson said pointing to a girl. She had dirty blonde hair that was straightened and was dressed like a classic tumblr girl. Not that I can talk because I am definitely a tumblr wanna be. She had a grey crop top with an alien in the corner and high waisted shorts. I don't think her shirt was supposed to be cropped because it was tied in the front and it didn't look good. This exposed her anchor belly button ring. She was pretty, I'll give the guys that one.

  "Yea shes cute" I said still looking at her

  "Not cute, hot" Johnson said interrupting me

  "Someone has a crush" Aria smirked

  "Nah I don't do that" Johnson said pretending to be cool

  "Yea Johnson is the pop em and drop em type of guy" Nate said smirking. It took me a second but once I processed what Nate said my mouth formed an o. Which caused all the guys to laugh.

  "On that note, I am going to go to class." Aria said walking away

  "Aria, we have first period together, I'll walk with you" Jack said catching up to her

  "Hey Nate" I saw a brunette walk up to Nate

  "Uh hey Bailey" Nate said

  "When are we gonna meet up again?" She winked.

  "Yea maybe later, gotta go bye!" Nate said walking away quickly and she chased after him

  "That's Nate's booty call" Sam said

  "Interesting" I said

  "Id like that new girl to be my booty call" Johnson said

  "Or you could ask her out on a date and be a gentleman" I said and after a quick second we all laughed knowing that would never happen. "Well I should go to class, bye guys!" I smiled and walked to my TA period. Since I am senior I get two electives which is lit. I arrived at my class and sat at my desk pulling out my phone and spacing out. Once the bell rang the teacher began to talk but I didn't listen since I didn't need to.

  "Cora!" I heard and I looked up. The teacher was standing there with the new girl

  "Yea?"
   "This is Jaye, she is going to be a TA with you for now until she picks out her electives. Jaye go ahead and have a seat with her" The teacher said and continued her lesson.

  "Hey, I'm Cora" I smiled

  "Hi, I'm Jaye, I just moved her from Arizona" She smiled back

  "That's cool , well Cali is much cooler temperature wise here" I laughed

  "That's always good. So have you always lived here?"

  "California ? Yes but not always this city. I've been all over the state" I looked as her face turned puzzled

  "You don't really look like a pretty and basic Cali girl though" She said which shocked me. She just said that right to my face which I guess means she is very straight forward

  "Yea , I mean I'm not really tan or blonde" I trailed off

  "So any good guys here?" She smiled

  "Uh kind of. Depends what your looking for" I said

  "Tall, brunette, hot" She laughed

  "I think we have a couple of those" I smiled

  "Oh my god look at your nail color" She looked down at my black nail polish

  "Oh thanks I just got them done" I smiled

  "Oh I didn't say I liked it" She looked at me with a straight face. This girl is interesting to put it lightly

  "My bad" I fake smiled

  "Yea your bad" She smiled. My eyes went wide and I looked around the working classroom. The rest of class consisted of Jaye sending me sneak disses and me pretending I didn't hear them. The bell saved me and I continued my day still a little confused. Hopefully she transfers out soon.
