Jeanette's POV*
I scrunched my nose as I stared at the disgusting blob that sat on my tray. Is this even considered food? To me it looks like barf! I pushed the tray away from me. I'm hungry but not hungry enough to eat that. I actually want to survive!
"I take it as you forgot your lunch today" Matt said as he took a seat.
"It should be illegal to serve this!"
He chuckled at my response. I looked at Matt who gave me a smile that didn't reach his face. I scowled as I noticed how tense he was.
"Matt are you alright?"
He nodded his head before taking a seat and covering his face with his hands.
"Can you hear them?" He asked.
I looked around the room and noticed everyone was staring at Matt. A few people were making rude comments. This is what he was afraid of. How can people be such assholes? I mean sure I have my asshole moments but that's only when I have a reason. They don't.
A girl walked up to Matt and tapped his shoulder. She scrunched her nose in disgust and wiped her finger on her dress.
Bitch!
Matt turned around and gave her a questioning look. She cleared her throat before she began to speak.
"Matt right?"
Matt nodded his head.
"Well I think I speak for everyone in this room when I say that your presence is making everyone uncomfortable"
I'm about to kill this bitch! Who the fuck does she think he is?
I walked up to her and rose my right eyebrow.
"And why is that?" I questioned.
She averted her eyes to me and rolled them.
"Everyone knows his little secret. He's a waste of a human being"
I smiled at her before charging at her. My fist connected to her plastic nose. She squealed as She fell to the ground. I pinned her down and grabbed a fistful of her hair.
"What is wrong with you you bitch! Let go of me! Oh my gosh I think you just broke my nose!"
I slammed her head down to the ground earning another cry from her.
"If anyone is a waste of a human being, it's you! So what if he's gay, he's a much better person than you'll ever be!"
I stood up and dusted my pants. I blew my hair out of my face and let out a breath. The girl's friends rushed to her side and helped her stand up. I glared at her making her run out of the room.
That's right bitch! See, I had a reason to be an asshole.
I turned to Matt who had an amused look on his face. I wrapped my arms around him.
"I never knew you had that in you! I mean, I knew you were vicious but not that vicious"
I unwrapped my arms from around him and patted his back.
"That only happens when you get on my bad side!"
"Noted! You should probably go clean your knuckles, you have her blood on them"
I looked down at my knuckles. They were starting to swell and were covered in a red liquid.
"Does anyone else have something to fucking say?" I spoke loud enough for everyone to hear me.
Some people avoided looking at me and others shook their heads.
"Good"
I pulled Matt out of the cafeteria and into the hall way.
