**AFTER SIX FLAGS**
As soon as we got home, Dad sat Jack and I down.
"Guys," He started. "You may think I'm overreacting but I'm not gonna have my kids pretend to date each other!"
We nod.
Sure Dad, anything just to get this talk over with.
"You understand?"
We nod again.
Dad sighed, "Good."
Jackson stood up.
"Night guys, I'm tired."
He pulled me up with him.
"Jordyn is too."
I happily walk upstairs with him, yawning for good measure.
Once we're in my bedroom, I turn to him.
"Okay so it's only 9:30, it's a weekend why are we going to bed?!"
Jack smirked, "We're not. I just got you out from downstairs, you should be thanking me."
"Oh, I am," I reply gratefully.
Blake walked in.
"Hey guys! How'd your talk with Dad go?"
"Fine," Jackson said. "I think me broke your record of getting out of it. It only took us one minute and forty-two seconds."
Blake nodded approvingly, "Nice."
Jackson grabbed my shoulders.
"Ready for a prank war?"
I grin happily.
"What did the guys do?"
"Well. They," Jackson's voice trailed off. "They..."
"Cant we just prank the bros for no reason?" Added Blake.
I rolled my eyes," Fine but if you get me in trouble with Dad... I don't wanna have two talks in one day."
Blake nodded, "If we're caught, it's on us."
"Great," I replied. "Now. Let's get down to business--"
I was cut off by Jackson. "To defeat the Huns!"
I ran my fingers through my long brown hair.
"Not what I was gonna say, but okay. Let's pretend they're the Huns. How are we going to prank them?"
Blake pointed a finger in the air.
"Kill them! Kill them with kindness!!!!"
My eyes widen.
Jackson shook his head, "Not cool dude, not cool."
Blake glanced at me, "Too far?"
Just then Cance walked in on our little meeting.
"Ahh just who I wanted to see!" He exclaimed.
We all looked at each other and as if we read each others minds, the twins and I bolted.
We could hear Cance calling to us as we thundered down the stairs.
We split up. I ran to the kitchen and they ran to the Living Room.
Just as I rounded the corner, an arm snaked out and snagged me.
I was pulled tight to someone's chest.
I strained my neck trying to see who it was.
Michael whispered in my ear, "Don't struggle, Jor."
I relaxed in his arms.
The boys must've already planned a war without telling me!! They could've at least let me know that it was already going on. Now I'm in enemy camp.
I hear a war cry.
"Sam!" Michael yelled, "Stay there! I'm comin!"
He put me down on a chair.
"Don't move," he said sternly.
I almost laughed.
Like I'm gonna listen to you.
As Michael left the room, Jackson came in.
"I'm here to rescue you!" He said brightly.
I stood up.
I said, "Thanks, but I can rescue myself. Oh yeah, girl power!"
Jackson chuckled and then ran out.
I was grabbed again. This time by Cance.
Groaning, I was turned to face him.
"Where's your girl power now?" He asked mocking.
I smirked, "Right here."
I twisted and he lost his grip on my arm.
Jogging towards the door, I laughed triumphantly.
Then I turned back to look at Cance.
"Why are Mom and Dad letting us do this? They never let us!"
He smirked, "Well kid, they aren't here!"
"Where'd they go?" I asked.
"Late night grocery shopping."
"Ahhh," I said.
Cance lunged towards me. I dodged him and ran.
Jogging into the Living room, I saw that Blake and Jackson were cornered.
I laughed. Loudly. To get everyone's attention.
But then. Then the doorbell rang.
Sam pointed at me, "You stay right there."
As he opened the door, I started to sneak away.
Then I saw the police officer.
"Why hello sir. How may I help you?" Asked Sam politely.
The officer was young, with brown hair and blue eyes.
"I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this son, but your parents were in a car accident. It doesn't look good."
