Thomas- he runs around a lot and gets questioned about his ability because he hasn't really helped anyone escape. Other than that he's good.

Newt- he has to live up to so many expectations and he doesn't know whether he is good enough for the job.

Minho- he is actually really confident and it doesn't surprise you. Though he does question why you are with him sometimes.

Gally- he is pretty confident but he really is confused why you chose him, but you do your best to reassure him.

Chuck- he's a lot younger like you and he have a hard time believing that he is actually doing things right. His job doesn't help.
