At First Glance ~ Kingsland Road Fanfiction. [NO LONGER GOING TO BE UPDATED]

Chapter Six ~ The Final Three.

Morning arrived and at eleven o clock Skyway Avenue were standing in front of Gary and Olly about to perform the first of their two judges houses songs. 

"So girls, what are you going to be singing today?" Olly asked, smiling. 

"Lightweight by Demi Lovato." Shannon answered, trying not to faint at the sight of Olly sitting right in front of her. 

"Oh great, when you're ready." Gary smiled as the piano started to play the familiar tune.

Their first song went just like all their others; pretty good! Every note was perfect, every harmony and Shannon and Chloe reached their as usual challenging notes easily, even their whistle tones they had improvised on the last chorus. The girls were pretty proud of them selves. 

Shannon and Chloe waited for the Kingsland boys to do their first song (which they did Dance With Me Tonight). They were amazing to be honest. During the time between the groups first and second song they decided to watch a film together. High School Musical 3 was the film chosen much to the boys dislike. 

On one bed Shannon and Thompson sat, cuddled up as they watched the film with Matt sat at the foot of the bed while on the other Chloe and Connor were cuddled up as Josh was laying on his stomach at the foot of the bed. Jay, Becky and Summer all sat on the floor which was covered in duvets and pillows. 

"I WANT IT ALL!" Chloe and Shannon yelled out the final lyrics to 'I Want It All' sang by Ryan and Sharpay, the song they used to always sing as a duet together in Secondary School. 

Right after the film finished Skyway Avenue were called up to do their second performance of 'Remembering Sunday' by All Time Low where both Shannon and Chloe played their guitars. Just like the performance a couple of hours ago, everything went perfect. 

Kingsland were next and like always, they were flawless!

The next day Gary called Skyway Avenue to get the news on whether they were going through or not. 

"Girls, you know you are one of my favourite bands that have ever been on this show before but my problem is that if I take you through you'll be my risk as I don't know whether you'll be able to cope with all the themes each week..." Gary trailed, pausing for an insanely long time. "But I'm going to take that risk and take you with me as one of my final three!" 

Shocked, the girls enveloped each other into a tight bear hug, yelling things like 'OH MY GOD' and 'WE'VE GOT TO THE LIVES' and even 'THIS ISN'T HAPPENING'. Gary joined the girls bear hug and soon sent them away to celebrate before calling the next group... 

By the end of the day, Skyway Avenue, Kingsland and Miss Dynamix were all out celebrating due to the fact they were Gary's final three. Two days later all the groups were back on the plane back to good old Blightly where they were to go tell their families whether they got through or not...
