*Dakota’s POV*

I was woken by someone shaking me. I sleepily opened my eyes and Husky’s face was above me.

“Dakota wake up you don’t want to be late for our third day do you?” I groaned and turned over, away from him. I was too tired to get up.  He chuckled. “I told you not to stay up for that TV marathon thing” I smiled.   I know, I shouldn’t have stayed up to watch it, but I did. I slowly sat up and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes, smiling at Husky.

“I know I shouldn’t have watched it but I did and I loved it” He laughed and hit me across the head.

“Get up you crazy frog” He said, still laughing. “Get up and dressed and then we have to go” I got up as he walked out the room and dressed in my usual white outfit and went to find Husky.  He was sat in the kitchen with Jerome.  I smiled at them both, me and Husky had got used to Jerome, him being a Bacca and all, he was actually really nice.

“The zombie awakens” Jerome said smiling.  I laughed and threw the nearest thing to me at him, which happened to be a random shovel someone had left lying around.  Thank Notch he was a Bacca Hybrid and could catch it with his super reflexes. I grinned at them sheepishly as they both stared at me.

“Erm..Sorry” I said.  He both continued to stare at me for a few seconds and then burst out laughing. “But that was a good catch” I said.  Jerome laughed and stood up.

“Well, I gotta get in early today so I guess I’ll see you guys tonight since we don’t have any classes together?” We nodded me and Husky giving Jerome sympathetic smiles.  We both had classes together.  Jerome had to go through being the only Hybrid in a class full of Humans.  He had stories of how his class mates and teachers treated him every night, and it was only the third day back.  Jerome walked out the kitchen and then we heard the front door open and close.

“So, what do you want for breakfast?” Husky asked me, walking over to the chest which held all the food.

“Do we have any bread left?” I asked him.  He nodded and picked out a couple of loaves, threw one to me and sat down with the other tearing a piece out of it and eating it.  I mirrored his actions, watching him at the same time.

I had realised after these two days I had feelings for the Mudkip, who always defended me everywhere I went.  He looked up and caught me staring at him.  He smiled his cute smile at me and went back to eating his bread but not before I blushed.  I hoped he hadn’t noticed but I think he did because when he looked back down he let out a low giggle making me blush even harder.  I wish I could tell him how I felt but I just couldn’t.  He would never feel the same way as I do. I wish he did.  I wish he felt how I did when he was hugging me on the cold floor of the school toilets.  I had all these thoughts running through my head and I didn’t notice Husky get up.  What I did notice however was Husky slapping me round the face., trying to get my attention.

“What the frog?!” I yelled, my alternative to swearing.  He looked at me confused for a second and then burst out laughing. “Wh-What are you laughing at?” I asked him, really confused.
