*Jerome’s POV*

I closed the door of the house behind me and walked to school.  It was 7am.  I was trying to get to school for quarter past 7.  That’s the time me and Mitch decided to meet.  Yes me and Mitch.  We both realised we liked each other, but I didn’t want Mitch to get hurt or bullied so I made him promise to keep ‘us’ a secret.  It didn’t take much convincing; I could tell he didn’t want to tell anyone as well.  I could sometimes see him looking at me in pain, as though he didn’t want to like me but couldn’t help it.  I turned up the school gates and walking into school.  I saw about 2 teachers on my walk through the corridors and no students.   This time was perfect for me and Mitch to meet.  I walked through the whole school, which took about 5 minutes because this school was seriously huge, and went out the back entrance towards the back fields.  I walked up the back fields and over to the huge tree in the back corner where my small human companion sat, doing some late homework.  He hadn’t noticed me yet.  I stopped, staring at him.  I suddenly didn’t want to go close to him.  What if he didn’t actually like me and this was a prank? I wasn’t even sure if I actually liked him.  I mean I liked the kiss, it was a good kiss, but does that mean I liked him? I suddenly started panicking. Did I really want to do this?  Start a relationship with a Human?  I wanted to turn around and go back but before I could Mitch turned his head and made me realise why I was here.  One look in those eyes and I was lost.  He smiled at me and I walked over to him and sat down.  I was lost in his eyes and his smile and I couldn’t help but smile back.

“Hey Jerome” He said smiling.  He sounded so sleepy and his sleep voice was so darn sexy I could just listen to it all day.

“Hey” I finally replied after I had sat staring at him for ages.  I had sensed I was making him uncomfortable.

“How are you?” He asked moving closer to me.

“I’m fine how are you, Mitchell?” I asked calling him his full name.  I don’t know why.   I just did.

“I am tired Jerome” He said yawning and laying his head on my shoulder.  I smiled and laid my head on top of his.  This felt perfect. I don’t know why I was scared before. He snuggled into me and I asked the question that had been on my mind since we had agreed to meet

“Mitch, are we...like..a thing now?” He took his head away from my shoulder and shuffled so he was sat in front of me.

“Well, do you want us to be one?” He asked me.  I nodded without thinking, without even pausing. He smiled and said,

“Then we are a couple” And leaned in to plat a perfect kiss on my lips.

*Matt’s POV* (didn’t see that coming did ya!XD)

Bodil nudged my arm and pointed down the school corridor we had just entered. I started to ask why and then saw the reason.  The reason was Violet Stars.  The girl I had liked since my first day in this school.  That was a year ago and we had struck up a friendship, but I had convinced myself it wouldn’t go any further.

“Dood.  Go speak to her” Bodil said in his Bulgarian accent.  I nodded and walked over to her, putting the cocky smile that all the girls loved on. 

“Hey Violet” I smiled at her.  She took one look at me and said,

“You’re doing it again” I frowned at her.

“Doing what?” I asked.

“That annoying smile that you think makes all the girls swoon over you” I smiled the smile.

“That’s because all the girls do swoon over me when I do it”

“Yep, every girl except this one” She smiled cheekily at me, flicking her long, black hair from her face and placing her purple headphones round her neck.  I sighed.  She was a piece of work sometimes, one of the reasons I liked her so much.

“So, you wanna come with me at lunch?” I asked, barley believing that I had.  She looked at me shocked for a second and then blushed.

“Erm, yeah sure.  I’ll come to lunch with you” I smiled and said,

“Great see you there” And walked back to Bodil grinning like a maniac.

“What happened?” He asked me.

“She’s coming to lunch with me.  It’s practically a date” Bodil looked at me sceptically.

“Matt, its school lunch with her and all of your other friends” I grinned at him.

“And?” He shook his head, giving up with me.

“Come on let’s get you to class you lovesick freak” He said hitting me over the head and dragging me towards History” I smiled, thinking about Violet the whole lesson.

*Timeskip through boring lessons and onto lunch (YAY)*

I was waiting by my locker for Violet.  Everyone else had gone for lunch, I had made them go so they wouldn’t embarrass me. I heard a “Hey” from behind me and turned to see Violet smiling up at me. I loved how she was smaller than me.

“Ready to go eat?” I asked her.

“Please dood, I’m always ready she said laughing. Things I love about Violet #104 the way she’s always hyper.

“Good! Let’s go then! I smiled and grabbed her hand, pulling her through to the lunch room and over to my friends. “Hey everyone this is Violet. Violet this is Ian, Bodil and Mitch. Hey where’s Ty and Sky?” I asked noticing they wern’t there as the other three waved at Violet who shyly smiled and waved back.  She wasn’t good with new people.

“Dunno dood.  They never turned up for school.  Again” Mitch said.  I shrugged and didn’t let it bother me.

“What do you want to eat?” I asked Violet.

“Just some bread please” I smiled and said,

“Right away my lady” I said in a goofy olde British accent.  She laughed and the guys wolf whistled.  I stuck a finger up at them and went to get Violets lunch as she sat down and got into a conversation with Bodil. I smiled and hoped everyone liked her, because I sure did. I just hoped she felt the same way.
