Chapter 8-Piper

Hey! I finished reading the REAL HoH, and all I can say is WOW. It ends almost perfectly. I promise no spoilers from me. I'm not that kind of person. :)

I decided I will continue to write my version HoH. I hope u guys continue to read it! :)

PIPER

Piper woke up, stretched, then realized something. She hasn't had any dreams, good or bad. She felt something next to her shuffle a little. She looked over, and saw Jason sleeping peacefully. She smiled, now she knew why she had no bad dreams. Jason always kept her bad dreams away, like a good luck charm. She bent down, gently kissed him on his forehead, and got off her bed. She got dressed and walked down to the dining hall, where everyone else was awake. Leo and Hazel were talking, Frank and Coach Hedge were fighting over food, and Nico was staring into space dreamily. Piper didn't have to be the daughter of Aphrodite to know who Nico was thinking of. Isabella. He looked up when he heard Piper walk in, and blushed. Piper grinned and winked at him, as if to say "You're secret is safe with me." Nico smiled gratefully.

Leo looked up and said, "Hey Beauty Queen. Frank had a prophecy last night."

Piper spewedout her coffee that she had started drinking. Unfortunately, she was facing Leo, so it got all over him. Well, not unfortunate for Piper. She thought that was hilarious. Leo rolled his eyes and said, "Really Piper? Thanks though! Now I don't have to do the dare anymore."

Piper looked at his pajamas, and was surprised she hadn't noticed them before. They had Vulcans from Star Trek all over his PJ bottoms, and his top said "I am a proud Vulcan."

Piper burst out laughing and asked, "Who came up with this?!"

Hazel giggled and replied, "Me. I couldn't resist," and she handed Leo ten dollars. "It was worth every penny."

Leo grabbed the money and said, "Thank you very much. Okay, let's talk about Frank's prophecy that he received last night."

Frank sat down to the table with a platter of pancakes, a huge bowl of fruit, a plate of bacon, and a giant cup of orange juice. Piper raised her eyebrows at him, and he just shrugged. Then he said, "I got a prophecy in my dream last night, but I wanted to wait until everyone was here. Where's Jason?"

Piper tried to come up with a good lie so Coach didn't get mad, but then Jason walked in, "Right here Frank."

He sat down next to Frank and gestured like, continue. Frank kept talking, "Apollo gave me this prophecy in my dreams last night:

'The son of Mars will have to make a choice,

Save the world or let it be destroyed?

To save means he shall stand alone

In a land full of lava and bone,

To destroy means he will be with his friends,

Then they will see the end.

One shall live and one shall die,

The son of Hermes will decide.

The Keys of Hades the Seven will need,

Seek the God Charon, he shall help thee.' "

Frank looked down at the table. Piper was the first to speak up, "Well, the son of Mars is most likely Frank, which means he will have to make a choice. If he chooses save, he will save the world, but will end up in a land of lava and bone. If he chooses destroy, he will be with us, but then we will see Gaea destroy the world...."
