"And what did you think you were going to do with that," The countess points at my gun. "Anyhow?"

"Obviously, kill you-you bitch," I grind out. "Who got to you first?"

Elizabeth flicks her wrist, "It was long ago.. Very insignificant to this situation, don't you think? Considering my daughter has come to kill me.."

I roll my  eyes, loosening  my grip on the gun slightly . "I am not your daughter. You practically held me captive for many years- Too many years." The countess turns away from me and grabs a glass full of bourbon off her black, coffee table.

"You chose to stay, did you not?" Elizabeth took a drink.

"You had- have my brother," I counter. "I couldn't."

The countess cracked a shallow smile that showed her deep piercing eyes and evil mind. Just as she opened her mouth to speak the large, double doors creaked open, and we turn to see what the source of the noise was.
