Chapter 10

You wake up with a major headace. Once your vision wasn't blurry you saw you were in the lair.

"Erik what happened?" You hold your head.

"You got drunk." Erik sat by you.

"I only drank one or two beers." You sit up, but immediately lay down.

"No, you drank more you can't get drunk on one or two beers." Erik scolded.

"Okay, I might have had 10." You finally spit out the truth.

"10 is too many." Erik put his hand on your shoulder.

"I was stressed about losing my part I guess." You blush.

"About that, Mademe Giry said you might be able to perform in the next show we make." Erik got up.

"The next show is in like a month." You scream, then hold your head.

"Can I please have a pain killer?" You ask.

"I'll have to get some." Erik grabbed his cloak. You fall asleep right after you felt a soft kiss on your cheek. You wake up to the monkey playing masquerade. You still had the headace, it was alot worse.

"Erik!" You scream.

"What do you need?" He asks quietly.

"Painkiller please!" You scream in the pain of your head. He gave you one and you started to fall asleep again.

"Good night my love." Erik cooed. You wake up again, but feeling much better and Erik was sleeping right beside you. You got up slowly so you wouldn't wake him. You found a book to read in the mean time.

"Muffins." You read softly. Erik woke a few hours later and saw you reading a book.

"What are you reading?" Erik comes up behind you. You jumped, but quickly answered his question.

"Muffins."

"You know I wrote that myself." Erik smiled.

"Inkie, Blinkie, Minkie, and Pinkie are alot like the murders Marblestone, Linestone, Obsidian, and Diane." You put the book down.

"It's actually based it off them in a diffrent way." Erik sat down next to you

"You know those girls are still out there." You said frightened.

"I am fully aware my dear." Erik put his hand on yours.

"Who is Derpy? I have met Apple Bloom and shes not like that."

"I don't know, I just came up with Derpy, and I didn't know Apple Bloom existed." Erik looked into your bright e/c eyes.

"Who is your favorite mine is Minkie, she is alittle like me." He smiled.
"Hmh." You thought

"My favorite is would have to be Inikie, she's the calmest out of all of them." Erik smiled and got out a sliver box with a f/c bow.

"Happy Birthday." You started to open it when you saw a ring with a diamond on it.

"What is it?" You look at the small gold ring.

"It's a promise ring."

"Where is the other one?"

"I have it." Erik smiled.

"Thank you so much!" You wrap you arms around him and put tbe ring on.

"They are celebrating your birthday up stairs."

"Will you be there?" You ask.

"I'll always be with you." Erik kissed your cheek. You ran up stairs and into the room you eat in. You saw no one there and your smile faded. Erik lied to you. Then all of the sudden you heard voices.

"Suprise!"

"Happy Birthday!" Meg smiled.

"Thank you." You saw a cake in the middle of the room with 19 candles on it. Everyone sang happy birthday and you blow out the camdles. In the doorway you saw a familiar face.

"Mother!" You ran up and hugged her.

"I missed you so much, never do that again, promise me you'll stay here in Paris." Y/m/n cried.

"I promise." You hugged her with all your strength.

"How did you get here? You asked.

"Mademe Giry helped." Your mother smiled.

"I'm always happy to help, y/m/n. " Mademe Giry smiled.

"Thank you." You look to Mademe Giry then to your mother. Mademe Giry bowed her head. Giry was uaually the one to be silent, but right now she wouldn't stop talking to your mother. Your mother and Giry were pretty much best friend already. The there were 3 women at the door with black cloaks on.

"Where is your money." A woman asked.

"What money?" Mademe Giry looked confused.

"The money!"

"We don't have any!" Mademe Giry got shot in the sholder.

"Where is the money?" The woman pointed the gun at you mothers head.

"I don't know!" She cried as a bullet hit her head.

"Mother!" You went to your mother. You felt a warm hand touch your cold shoulder.

"Erik, she gone." You cry into his shoulder.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." Erik cried.

"Your the owner of this place you know where the money is!" The woman spoke as the gun was pointed at Erik's head.

"If I lead you to it will you leave us alone?" Erik asked.

"Sure." He lead them to to the money then they left. You took your mother and Mademe Giry to the hospital.

"I have some great news!" The doctor comes into the waiting room.

"What!" You and Erik pipe up.

"Your mother has survived you can go see her." The doctor directs us to her room.

"Mother!"
