1; butterflies ♡

You knock on your friends door while taking deep breaths. You know he would be here tonight, you can already feel the butterflies roaming around in your stomach. You wait patiently for someone to open the door. Right as you decide to leave the front door opens.

" Y/N, I'm so glad you could make it ! Sorry it took so long to open the door, Wade got his head stuck in a lamp shade. " , Jack giggles.

" Hey! It's not my fault ! Bob is the one that put it on there ! " , You heard a faint Wade reply.

You giggle as Jack lets you enter the house.

" Y/ N !!! " , everyone shouts as they see you walk in the door.

Just like everyone else you had a gaming YouTube channel too. You were the most popular female gamer on YouTube and you were so happy to be apart of the little gaming group !

You smile as you take a seat next to Jack on the sofa. You scan the room and Mark is no where to be found. You start to finally relax knowing that you won't have to worry about blushing or hiding your obvious goofy crush smile everytime he compliments you or makes you laugh.  Yet that all changed when he walked into the room.... shirtless.

" Jack I'm sorry I clogged up your toilet and I didn't want to ruin your towels so I soaked the water that got on the floor with my shirt. I'm sorry ", Mark says giggling as he walks into the room.

" DAMMIT MARK ! Next time you have to take a shit go outside ! ", Jack yells while jogging into his bathroom.

You take the time to admire Mark, you have never seen him shirtless before except for in his videos but he looked so much better in person, the way his muscles flex on their own without him even trying, the way his tan skin glows under the light....

....you snap out of your staring by drool touching your chin, you whip off the drool and look around and thankfully no one saw you check out Mark.

" Y/N ! I didn't even see you there ! ", he smiled and waved.

He never sees you.

" Hey Mark, I was just leaving ", you say while getting up.

Jack quickly walks back in and says, " Y/N where are you going ? You just got here. "

" I am not feeling so well, I think I might have the stomach bug or something. " , you say while lying to your best friend just so you won't drool over Mark.

You walk out of the apartment and down the stairs before a hand reaches out and grabs your arm.

" Y/N don't leave. " , Mark says now with a shirt on.

" I really need to go , I honestly don't feel good Mark. " , you say while detaching your arm from his hand.

" Are you sure that it's not just butterflies ? ", he says.

" What ? ", you say while looking back at him.

" I get them too, when I look at you. " , he smiles, " I notice the way you look at me, I'm surprised you haven't notice me look at you the same way. "

I just look at him with no words leaving my mouth. I am breathless, I don't know what to say to that. So I just start walking.

" Watching your videos help with my butterflies ", he says from a distance.

You just keep walking with a grin on your face.
