The wind swept across my face roughly as short pants left my mouth as I ran, my footsteps echoing throughout the cold night as the dark figure got closer. I dared to glance behind me as he gained on me. I ran harder and faster then I ever have in my life trying to get away when his hand was suddenly on my shoulder as he forced me to turn around causing me to land on my butt harshly. Tears pooled in my eyes and I looked up and the man while trying to move backwards away from him. My breaths coming out shakily and a scream coming out o my throat as he roughly grabs my ankle and jerks me closer to him. I turn over and try to get away, to make him loosen his grip, anything that may allow me to live, but it was useless as he yanked on the collar of my shirt causing me to move backwards and fall on his chest. His cold hand wraps tightly around my neck as the other traces a knife over my shirted stomach. His hot breaths fanning my neck making me shiver in disgust and fear. "Be a good girl and scream for me, will you?" My body jerked forward as he moved the knife to my back, adding more pressure with each of my breaths, a stinging sensation comes from where the tip of the knife if making me whimper in pain as I feel my own blood dripping down my back. "Scream for me" he's taunting me as he tightens his hold on my neck making my breathing become more shallow and he presses the knife further into my flesh making me scream in pain as more blood flows down. The knife is quickly removed from my body and I scream out at the movement. He only smirks and moves his hand to my mouth and the knife to my throat as he presses down hard enough to draw blood and slowly start dragging it across my neck as I scream out through his hand. "Be a good girl and -"

I sat up in my bed quickly, sweat dripping down my face and body as I pant harshly, my throat throbbing as if I've been yelling for a period of time. I glance around to see myself in a sickly pink room that I share with my sister. I then collapse back on the bed to catch my breath as stare up at the bunk above me, only one thought going through my head. When will the nightmares stop
