The ground beneath him seems to spin as he gasps out in anguish, a loud whimper leaving his lips as the dark shadow of a person in front of him squeezes a black orb in her hand. He breathes out heavily as he falls to his knees, his hands clawing at the bare skin over is heart desperately to try and find a way to ease the pain that is tearing at him from the inside out. The female in front of him lets out a mocking laugh at the sight of the pathetic man in front of her. He lets out a shaky breath as is eyes start to water, a hiccup of pain mixed with sorrow leaves his quivering lips as he hunches forward with his forehead pressed firmly against the freezing ground. His body burns, the blood in his veins feeling the fire as it courses through him, his body shaking and convulsing at the pain he feels inside, a strangled sob leaves his lips as the female in front of him watches with amusement while beginning to the excuse of a man in front of her.

"You know, I really don't get you, you knew all along that I never loved you so why stay with me? There really was never a point to being with me when you know every single I love you was fake, you know every promise I made was going to be broken and you know I will never EVER want to be with someone as pathetic and as worthless as you."

The female watches in pure pleasure as the man at her feet writhes around and gasps out of pain, her small yet strong hand tightening around the orb that rests in it, the small ball of glass beginning to crack under the pressure of her first. The man lets out a string of sobs, unable to say anything to the woman who held his very being in his hand, the woman who held is soul, his hopes, his life, his heart, all in the palm of her hand while she slowly crushes it as to torture the man who gave her everything he possibly could. He depended on her and tried to get her to depend on him, he told her everything but his problems so as to not bother her, he promised his soul to her so that he can always be with her, even in death, he gave his heart to her so she could always know he loved her, no matter what she had done, is doing, or will ever do.

The man takes a shuddering breath causing him to cough, blood sputtering out of his mouth as he does, the crimson liquid flowing down his mouth and down his chin, slowly dripping onto the ground as the woman he loves laughs cruelly in his face. He gathers whatever remaining strength he has in him, shifting onto his feet as he struggles to stand, his body tipping every now and then as he feels the world spinning around him, his body screaming at him to lay back on the cool ground, begging him to as to try and lessen the pain. He breathes heavily while he struggles to keep standing, let alone taking the small steps forward as he was towards the woman who is doing all of this to him. He staggers forward and removes a shaking hand from his chest and placed it on the hand in which the female is using to crush his being, a small smile appears on his face as he tightens his hand around the woman's smaller one, is body slouching against her shoulder for support as her smile drops into a look of disgust yet her body does not move, astonished that he was able to move as he did against her.

A hoarse cough leaves his lips causing blood to splatter onto the ground in front of him, his hand gripping the woman's harder, causing the orb to crack more, any more pressure would surely make it shatter. He stares into females eyes with nothing but love as he adds the last amount of pressure needed to shatter the orb in her hand, a look of pure shock, fear, and confusion all mixed together coming onto the woman's face as the man before her speaks, using his last breath, his voice no louder than a whisper. "I was a fool for falling in love, knowing, if it is you I fall for I would surely get broken, a fool for giving you all that I did and trusting you with everything I had, but...no matter how foolish it was. I still love you, Lucinda."

The male's body, once healthy and brimming with life now falls against the hard ground with a soft thud that resonates through the now silent area, his eyes hollow and empty, holding nothing but a blank stare. The woman watches his body fall to the ground in pure shock at what had just happened. She had planned to only crack his being and leave him, she only planned to damage him before walking away. She had grown slightly attached to him, which is why she had to do what she was going to, but he shattered it completely, breaking everything he had and killing him. She opens her hand to watch the shattered pieces of glass fall to the ground before disappearing completely, she turns to the man's body and stares at it with glazed eyes, tears threatening to spill over and run down her cheeks, a soft yet sorrowful smile stretching at the corners of her lips before they open to take in a shaky breath, the man's feeling finally reaching her. The man's deeps feelings, the feeling of willing to give up everything for the one person that was her, a person named beautiful light, but her name was so wrong. She was the darkness that consumed and broke many, a darkness the killed the only light there really was in this world. With her sudden realization, she watched the man's body fade away, his existence being eased as her lips whisper words at the man, words that are far too late.
