"Oh my god Luke there it is!" I say pointing at the wooden sign stating the village's name on it. Slanesville.
We've done it. We have been through hell and back for this single moment. The moment we can finally start fresh, begin a new life, raise a family together.
Luke laces our fingers together.
"I knew we could do it princess." His words are just above a whisper but loud enough to where I can hear them.
We walk hand in hand towards the assortment of houses and markets, admiring the beautiful flowers and bushes that grow along the path. This village will be our new home and I can't be happier with it.
"It's amazing!" I say, eyes widening, as I squeeze Luke's hand.
He chuckles.
"You deserve every inch of it." He says pulling me into a hug.
I wrap my arms around his neck and peck him on the lips.
"Luke I love you."
"I love you too Ashton." He says smiling.
I ruffle his hair a bit and take off running along the pathway.
"Ah c'mon man why'd you have to do that we were having a moment." He says extending his hands outward.
I giggle a bit and continue running.
"That's it your going to get it now!" He yells running after me and might I just say Luke is a hot pepper when he's running.
He finally catches up and picks me up by the waist.
"Stop." I shriek as he begins to tickle me.
He lies me on the ground and continues while I roll around in the grass.
"I'm gonna pee!" I scream.
"I told you you'd pay."
Tears begin pouring out of my eyes involuntarily and my sides ache. My laughing dies down.
"I thought you meant in a different way." The sentence only sends me back on my laughing rampage.
Luke chuckles a bit and lends me a hand. I take it gratefully and he pulls my sore body from the soft, green grass.
"Thank you." I say wiping off my dirtied clothes, or at least what's left of them.
"That statement was a great inference. I'll take that into consideration." He says wrapping an arm around me as we continue to make our way into the village.

"Wait it's this way." Luke says changing directions for about the tenth time in the last five minutes.
I watch as he walks and then turns in the complete opposite direction again.
Eleventh.
I find a nice rock and plop down on it finally taking a break from all of the walking.
He turns to me.
"What on earth are you doing?" He asks.
"I'm letting you decide on what direction you will choose to go." I say pulling a couple of peanuts from the bag Stella gave us.
Luke looks at me as if I'm crazy.
I pop a peanut in my mouth.
He contemplates the direction but gives up, I assume, and takes a seat next to me.
He looks down at the map and so do I.
When I notice it I almost implode from laughter. He looks over at me.
