With a coffee cup in hand Blair stepped into the gleaming elevator. Today was her first day at her new job. She had been accepted into the company a year after the end of cosmetic school. The start of her new life, the beginning of a new adventure.

As the elevator doors opened the small confined space filled up by a mass amount of employees. Seconds later the doors opened once more. At that moment she felt slight relief at the fact she had gotten out without having to be trampled.

"Blair is it?" A hand rested on Blair's shoulder which sent her into a sudden state of paralysis.

She soon realized it was a woman. He perfectly manicured had resting on her shoulder calmly. She was a tall woman, an hour glass for a body that made her look extremely appealing. She was grinning at her while holding her hands.

"Yes, I am Blair."

She releases Blair and continues to smile an exaggerated smile. "Silvia Mont is my name as you already know."

Blair nodded slowly. She had no idea who she was or that her name was Silvia.

"Come this way, as you know you are given your own office." Sylvia slide a card through the slot at the door and opens it. Motioning Blair into the wide space. "People may think a cosmetic company is soft. They couldn't be more wrong. It's a tough world here, adapt and h=be hard headed." She examines Blair and smirks. "Perfect, you are."

Blair was shocked Silvia hadn't turned out to be some insulting bimbo. She read about gorgeous women in books all the time. Always had such disgusting personalities, but Silvia, she was an exception.

An hour into work Silvia decided it was time for a coffee break. Blair is instantly sent without objections. Out to the coffee shop across the building she worked in which she was grateful for. She had no interest in walking too far. Once inside Blair quickly took the order and went to stand in the corner to wait for Silvia's order.

"We meet again."

The man from the day before smiled down at her. He was much taller than she had thought.

He continues casually," What are you up to."

"Getting coffee for a co-worker."

Blair stared at him curiously. She had no idea why he was bothering to speak with her. There was no reason at all for him to speak to her so why was he?

"Why doesn't she get it herself?"

"Because she's higher than me, I barely started today."

He chuckles." What a sorry excuse."

"Why are you talking to me? Clearly you have nothing good to say to me so leave me alone."

"Blair."

Blair turns around and starts up to the counter. Smiling at the young teen as he handed her the cup. The door just a few steps away.

"Blair, isn't that a witch name?"

The door of the coffee shop ringed as it shut behind them. The man still behind her. "Ah, the silent treatment. If you're going to ignore me then I'll just have to follow you."

"Do as you wish. You won't get far."

His eyes sparkle as he smirks at her. He was up to something and it didn't take Blair that long to figure out. She didn't know what it was that he wanted, but she knew he was bugging her for his ow amusement.

Blair reaches the building. "What should I call you?"

"Daemon."

"That's your name?"

He nods. An awkward grin on his face." So I was wondering.... can I take that tip now?"

So there it is. Blair finally realized why he was bugging her. Either way if it got him off her tracks she didn't mind. He seemed like a douche. The only way to get rid of him was by give him the money at this point. So she reached into her purse and handed him the fifty before walking back into the building.

His eyes focused on the building. "Mont Cosmetics."

Upon the elevator doors opening Silvia stood waiting in the hall with a ginormous grin on her face. "I was planning to nag you about taking forever, but I quickly changed my mind."

Blair handed her the coffee cup and took off her coat as she entered her office. "What made you change your mind?"

"You were speaking to the handsome looking man on the street. Who is he by the way? Boyfriend?"

"No, he just needed help finding the park," Blair lied. If she told the truth it was likely Silvia would take it the wrong way. It's barely her first day and she's already being playfully picked on.

She bursts into laughter. "You can't fool me you little devil. I saw you hand him a fifty. What was all that about huh?"

Blair smiles at her. "Aren't you married?"

"Yes but it's fun to mess with young love."

Blair nearly spat out her cold coffee at the word. Love. She's insane Blair thought.

"We're not in love."

She peeks out at Daemon's retreating character. "You seem to be into bad boy's."

"Silvia." Blair closes the blinds and scowls at her. "I'll never see him again, it's really nothing."

The following day Silvia had called Blair and let her know that for a few hours she would be out. Leaving all her calls and product packing to her. She didn't specify where it was she'd be going which made it difficult to respond to the angry people who called and asked for her. Each time Blair would respond kindly with," She isn't available." Followed by profanities from the caller. So now each time she'd get a call and got scorned she would merely yank the cable out from the socket and continue to pack the orders. It did little because an hour later her e-mail began to blow up leaving her soul to crumble.

A beep in her own office resonated throughout the area. Blair ran to her office and pressed the button. "Yes?"

"Miss Blair you have a visitor."

Visitor? Blair barely started yesterday how on earth could she have a visitor.

"Uh yes, let them in."

Who came to visit her and for what?

Blair took a seat in her plush grey chair and skimmed through her phone. Waiting patiently for the person to come in.

"Blair?"

"Yes, how may I help you? Are you maybe a customer of Silvia?"

He smiles, extending his arm to Blair. "Yeah, Andre."

Blair shakes his hand, giving him her best smile. "A pleasure to meet you."
