When Thursday arrived Blair had already been experimenting with herself. Putting her makeup artist skills to the test. She wore one of her outfits she had bought the day before and was glad to see she could finally walk in her platforms. She took the time to look at herself in the mirror. Blood red lips and red and black blended eyeshadow. Her wing thin and sharp. The only thing now was her hair. The layers had grown out and it now looked plain and boring. She took the scissors and began to cut and trim at her hair until it had layers all over.
Though her hair was somewhat dark she took the black hair dye and lathered it all throughout her hair. By the time she had finished all that was left to get rid of the fake Blair was to put on a choker. One that looked like a legit dog collar with a hoop. She wasn't worried or scared. She felt more comfortable than she had ever felt in her entire life of existing.
Daemon hadn't spoken to her since their low key argument. She figured it was because she had lied to him. For her it wasn't a good enough reason, but she had no reason to lay judgment. At that thought in mind she started to question whether she should even go to the bar. He hadn't even told her which one it was.
Blair looked at her newly purchased phone and dialed Andre's number. He almost instantly picked up.
"Hello?"
"Andre, it's Blair. I just wanted to ask which bar it was you guys were playing at today."
"Jimmy Lo bar." A girl laughed in the background.
"Thanks." She hanged up and popped on her platform shoes before heading out the door. The streets were busy with people and it was nearly impossible to spot Silvia and her husband sitting on a bench far off.
"Look at you," Silvia yelped. Her excited shriek so loud it startled her husband to death. His eyes wide and alert. As Blair got into reaching distance Silvia grabbed a hold of her and pulled her into a tight hug. "You look amazing!"
Once she released her from the deadly hug her husband shook her hand. "Alexander Mont, you must be Blair," He said with a charming smile. "Interesting fashion you have going on there."
"She looks beautiful doesn't she Al?" Silvia smiled lovingly up at him as he smiled.
"Yes, she looks wonderful."
Silvia returned her attention to Blair. "We're so excited to see them play. Alexander even mentioned he knew a few people. He'd be glad to have them play for parties or something if they're good enough."
"No way, that'd be awesome!" Blair nearly jumped out of her skin.
"Of course, the offer is only up if they're good," He cut in. His smile equally as big as Silvia's. "Let's go inside before more people arrive. This bar is known for its Fire ball."
The bar was dark except for the red lights that wrapped around the perimeter. The bar was full with people and there were still tables open. Blair, Silvia and Alexander walked over to the nearest table to the stage and took a seat. It was also one of the darkest. They wouldn't be noticed because of the shadow of the stage, that is if the actual lights were to turn on.
"Huh, they're not here yet." Silvia looked around the bar in search of the group. The instruments were set and ready on the stage, but nobody was there yet.
Alexander bit into a chip and said," It doesn't start until seven."
"Then shouldn't they be in the bar? It's six forty." Silvia took a cocktail from a waiter and sipped up some of it.
Blair looked around the bar briefly, but got no sight of them. "Actually I think I'm going to head to the bathroom really quick."
"I'll join you," Silvia said. She stood up and the two of them headed to the bathroom. It was empty at the moment and when they had finished they nearly ran into a line of girls. "We made it before it filled up."
