chapter 14: Beach Day

Last chapter was pretty long so that was good. It was kinda different from something I'd normally write but I thought it ended up an okay chapter. Anyway, enjoy the story. Bye. ;)

I slept on the couch because I let Sofie have my room. I was up almost all night with Aaron though watching Super Natural. He acts like he doesn't like it, but I know he secretly loves it. Anyway, I wake up and Aaron is laying with me on the couch with his arms wrapped around my waist. I try to get up without waking him but I fail. He keeps his arms around me not letting go.

"Aaron let go I want to get up."

"Nope."

"Aaron I need to use the bathroom and if you don't let me go I'm go to wet my pants."

After I say that he immediately releases me. I walk to the kitchen.

"I thought you had to go to the bathroom." He said.

I shrug. "I lied. But I am hungry."

I enter the kitchen and I see Jackson making breakfast. Sitting at the counter is Sofie.

"Good morning. I didn't know you were awake yet. How's your head?" I say.

"My head is good. But I need to talk to you." she says taking my hand and pulling me upstairs to my room.

"Okay. What is it?" I ask.

"I never knew that you were dating Aaron Williams." she says with a huge smile on her face.

"What?! No we're not dating! He's just my friend." I say.

"Then why were you guys laying together on the couch this morning?" she smirks.

"Ask Aaron. When I fell asleep I was on my own side of the couch."

"Well its obvious that he likes you." she says widening her smirk.

Aaron like me? Why would Aaron ever want to be with a girl like me. I'm weird, and sometimes just plain crazy.

I couldn't say that better myself.

Nice to see you too.

I can't see you. You're a voice inside my head, I can only hear you.

Whatever.

"No. Why would Aaron like me?" I say disappointed.

"You like him don't you!" she screams.

"Shh. Quiet they'll hear you." I say covering her mouth with my hand.

Are most girls always like this? Reminder I've never had a female friend.

"This is awesome. How did you manage to become friends with the most popular guy in school anyway?" she asks super excited.

"Wow, I didn't know he was popular. I just moved out here this summer. He is my neighbor." I said.

"Oh my god this is so great." she says with a huge smile and bubbly attitude.

Suddenly I hear loud voices downstairs. There's only one reason for it to be that loud. I run downstairs bringing Sofie with me to meet the guys. When I get downstairs I see Mason and Ben in the living room as expected.

"Hey Speed Bump. I heard you got wasted at the party the other day." He says after he hugs me.

"Ya I did, thanks." I say sarcastically.
