Enjoy my story which I happen to think is going very well so far. I had some trouble thinking of an idea for this chapter but I will figure it out and make it a decent chapter of this book. Please enjoy my ok ish book.
---------------------------------------------------------
I woke up too early this morning; 11:30. I went downstairs to see that Jackson was awake from his camp out on the couch and he was stuffing his face with lucky charms. He must not have been to the bathroom yet because he still had the drawings on his face and he did not seem to notice.
"Good morning" He says through a mouth full of cerial. Gross.
I smile as I walk by and examine more closely the ridiculous sight of my brother sitting on the couch with a unibrow and a mouth full of lucky charms. I let out a small laugh.
"Good morning" I replied to him, with the smile still on my face.
He raises an eyebrow and shakes his head looking back to the tv. He was watching SpongeBob. I swear he has the mind of an ten-year-old. I went into the kitchen and poured myself a bowl of the magically delicious cerial and sat down on the couch with my brother. We were about five minutes into the next episode of SpongeBob when there was a knock at the door. In order to save my brother from embarrassment I get up to answer the door. Without checking who it was I opened the door and there stood Aaron. Great what does he want.
"Good morning Spaghetti." He smirks at his nickname for me.
This nickname better not be a thing.
I glare at him. "My name is Lauren."
He walks right past me into the house as if he doesn't need an invitation and goes to the living room where Jackson is watching tv still. I hear him call back to me.
"Nope its Spaghetti now" He laughs.
"Hey man what's up?" Jackson says to Aaron.
I guess they're buddies now or whatever because Aaron and him high five for some reason I'm not sure of. I guess it's how they greet each other or whatever. I don't understand it that well.
"Not much. You?" Aaron says as he notices the marker was still on his face and glances at me with a guilty smile holding in his laugh by biting his lip.
"Watching the fight." Jackson says casually.
I look over and noticed that he must have changed the channel when I got up. I don't like watching fights. It's really boring to me and obnoxious when the guys scream at the tv. But I wasn't about to lose my spot on the couch. I walk over and sit down next to Jackson and I get comfortable in my spot of the couch. Jackson and my mom both know better than to sit in my spot. If you sit on my spot of the couch you better have prepared for a fight. The same goes for the throw pillow that sits in my spot as well. I hope Jackson has informed Aaron of my spot of the couch because if he hasn't and Aaron sits in my spot he's in for a surprise. Jackson stands up and goes to the kitchen to put his bowl in the sink and after that he heads to the bathroom. Me and Aaron quickly look at each other trying to hold in our laughs as we hear Jackson yell from the bathroom.
"This better not be permanent marker!"
Me and Aaron burst out laughing and I get up and walk over to the bathroom where I see him trying to scrub the marker off his face.
"I can't believe you let me leave this on my face all morning." He pouts.
"Sorry. But it was your fault. You were the one who fell asleep last night." I joke at him.
He gave me a glare and closed the bathroom door probably to continue scrubbing his face.
"I love you too!" I say as I walk back to the couch where Aaron has seemed to disappear.
He probably went back home where Jackson wouldn't be able to kill him. But unfortunately I see Aaron walk in from the kitchen with tortilla chips and salsa.
Great, it looks like he is not in any hurry to leave.
"Jackson I got some chips for the fight!" He yells towards the bathroom.
"Okay!" I hear Jackson yell back.
Well he got over that quickly.
"I'm going out to the store. Tell Jackson I'll be back later." I say to Aaron.
"Okay Spaghetti. Just don't get into anymore fights with strangers over oreos." He says with a smirk.
"I don't plan on it" I say as I exit the house leaving the two boys to their tv.
My mom was at work so I don't have a car. Looks like I'm going to have to walk. I don't remember the store being that far away anyway.

Finally I'm at the store. I didnt really think of how long the walk was actually going to be. It took me an hour and a half. Hopefully they have my cookies this time. I walk in and head straight for the cookie isle again. And this time luckily they have more packages of oreo cookies. God bless America! I wouldn't have been able to survive one more day without my cookies. I grab three packages of oreos, hey you never know when they may runout again, and head for the check out.
"Hey" I look up at the cashier who greeted me with a smile.
He was good looking, and he looked about my age. But the thing that put me off was that he resembled my brother a little bit. His name tag read the name Ben.
"Hi" I replied back to him with a shy smile.
"You sure are buying a lot of oreos. Did you know yesturday some crazy girl literally fought a guy for the last package?" He laughed. But I don't think he knows that I was the crazy girl from yesturday.
"Nope I did not know about that." I said hastily with a tight smile.
"Well you have a good day..what's your name?" He asked.
"Lauren" I said.
"Have a nice day Lauren." He said with a sweet smile after that.
"Thank you. And you too.. Ben" I referred to his name tag so he didn't think I was some creep and I walked out of the store successfully with my oreos this time. But now I need to walk all the way home. It's worth it for my oreos though.

I was about halfway home and I needed to cross another intersection. As soon as I saw the walking signal I stepped off the curb but only made it a few steps before some idiot decided that I was invisible and that it was okay to hit me with their car. The impact was not very strong but I fell to the ground and hit my head. Everything started to blur and just before I blacked out I heard some voices yelling at each other standing above me.
"You idiot what are we going to do I killed her!" one voice screamed, it sounded like a guy.
"Hey I know her I just saw her at the store."another voice that also sounded like a guy.
"Oh you've seen her before. Well That Makes Everything Better Doesn't It!!" The other voice yells sarcastically and also terrified.
But then everything went black.
