Chapter 12

Soo my computer failed on me and deleted this chapter so I had to rewrite it which is why Throwback6533 beat me and I didn't upload within the week after she did. Although my computer was a jerk I am still really happy with this chapter.. Anywho Vote Comment Follow and all that stuff!! On with the story :)

Chapter 12

    I groaned as I sat up. “Seriously.” I muttered. “Does it have to throw me around every time?” I sighed before getting up. I looked around me. I look around in the thick fog. To my right I can barely make out what appears to be the outline of some trees. I sigh and close my eyes. “Okays, which way to go?”  I mutter as I open up my eyes and look once again at the trees. I start towards the trees.

    I had made it to the outskirts of the forest when eerie laughter reached my ears. I  stare into the forest as the laughter originates from it. Inside I can hear the screaming. There were spirits of people in this forest I could sense them but there was something darker and evil. I took a deep breath as I entered the forest. Once inside it the fog was gone but it was so dark I could barely see my hand in front of me. The deeper I went inside the trees the more lost I got. I kept tripping over things and nearly running into trees even with my heightened senses. I paused as I heard a growl coming from nearby. My body reacted naturally and I shifted into my wolf. I looked around for the source as the growl lessened and a white wolf identical to mine stepped forward. She tilted her head and stared at me.

    ‘Who are you?’ I heard her voice in my head.

    ‘Naomi Hale.’ I replied after a moment. She sighed and gave me a wolf grin.

    ‘It’s about time.’ I could hear relief in her voice. ‘My name is Snow. Our souls need to be joined.’

    ‘What do you mean?’

    ‘They haven’t told you?’ I shook my head. ‘Each werewolf has a wolf spirit with them. Our souls aren’t complete. You and I are connected but I have been lost in this fog and forest. I have been unable to connect with you.’ She stepped forward. ‘Now I can merge with you. It will give you your complete werewolf abilities and you will also have me.’

    ‘So you’re a part of my soul?’ She nodded. I reached my senses out. I felt almost a need to trust her. ‘So how do we do this?’ I asked, remembering what Selene had told me.

    ‘You just need to open yourself up and let me do the rest.’ I nodded at her and closed my eyes. I felt her shift beside me before I began to get tingles all over my body. Soon I felt a strange connection forming. When I opened my eyes I could see things differently. I could feel something was different. My wolf form felt stronger. I could feel Snow and her emotions now. ‘I’ve been to the pack house where Julie is but I couldn’t do anything’ Snow spoke to me, this time from inside my head.

    ‘Can you take us there?’ I asked her. I felt her nod and take control. I could feel my paws moving but I wasn’t in control of them. It was something that I knew I would have to get used to. Soon the sounds of screaming got closer and close. Then the sent of fire and smoke reached our nose. I could feel Snow’s anger and my own. I felt the ground sloping up before was were in the clearing. We looked at the pack house. We could see the spirits that were trapped there. They were trying to get out but they were surrounded by demons who were feeding off of the pain the spirits were in. Snow launched our body at the barrier and I braced for an impact that didn’t come. ‘What happened?’ I asked her.
