"Moooooom!" I heard Katy's annoying voice from the kitchen, making me roll my eyes. I put my legs up on the coffee table in front of me, my eyes glued on the screen. My eyebrows were furrowed as I watched the TV flash Kim Kardashian's face.

I looked at the screen confusingly before realizing that I forgot to switch Carolyn's channel into mine. With an eyeroll, I switched the channel to the News channel. I know, how boring of me, but this was what Jordan and I watch, and right now, Jordan was racing in the kitchen to get the popcorn.

I heard the front door slam shut. I turned my body around to see Carolyn, walk into the livingroom. I watched as she dropped all of her bags on the floor, a droopy expression on her face. "How was your sleepover?" I asked.

She didn't answer as she sat next to me. I looked at her suprisingly as she looked at the TV. "I'm suprised you haven't said anything about me being into the news channel."

"I'm just not in the mood, okay?" She snarled, making me raise an eyebrow at her before shaking my head and leaning my back against the couch's backrest again.

Jordan came in the liviroom with a bowl of popcorn on her hands, but stopped when she saw Carolyn on the couch with me. "Um. I don't think this popcorn is enough for 4 people."

"Four people?!" I exclaimed.

"Whatever. It's not like I want to watch news with you losers." She muttered before she went upstairs. Jordan and I made eye contact before she shrugged and sat beside me.

"Why'd you say four people?" I asked when she finally got comfortable and stopped shifting.

She looked at me and grinned. "Alison is here."

"How do you know Alison?" I asked, my eyes almost bulging out of their sockets.

"Umm.. We have been living beside their family for like... ever." She said nonchalantly. Okay, but our houses are like mansions and our mansions are far away from each other because our yards are huge aaaaand Jordan doesn't go to my school.

Alison came in the livingroom with visible bruises on her knuckles and smiled at me before she plopped on the other side of me.

"Um, Ali, what are you doing here?" I asked but she wasn't really listening. She kept looking around with an approving look on her face.

"Oh, you asked what I'm doing here?" She questioned, turning to me, her blonde hair bouncing a little. "Hm. How shall I say this? Um.. Well, I wanted to see if you were okay after someone did.. that.. to you." She said slowly, looking at my neck as she bit her lip with a hard look on her face.

"She's fine." Jordan butted in.

"Yeah, she's really fine." She said with a playful glint in her eyes. I slapped her arm as she laughed.

"Woah, look!" We heard Jordan beam as my head whipped to the direction of the TV. There, on the TV was a picture of Shana.

"Girl goes to Juvie, after attempting to murder multi-billionare's daughter Emily Fields." Murder? Wow they're being too dramatic.

I raised an eyebrow. "What? I never knew about this?!"

"Well, it's good how she's going to Juvie. She deserves it." Alison muttered and clenched her fists. "After hurting you."

"Oh." I let out timidly. What if what Spencer said was true. I glanced at Alison only to see her glaring at the TV when it showed another picture of Shana smiling at the camera.

"How did you know she hurt me?" I asked, suddenly becoming curious as to why, because when I turned around, and looked around, there was nobody there. It was just me. All by myself. "I mean, she didn't hurt me, she just rubbed that knife against my skin."

Alison's head whipped to my direction. "She wants to hurt everyone I care about. She hurt my brother." She said, her eyes suddenly growing distant.

"How come I didn't hear any fight go on between you two, then? If she hurt your brother, I mean."

"My brother can handle himself. I'm not sure if you can." She whispered and looked away when Jordan looked at us.

Geez.

We stayed silent as we watched the news. No one spoke and it was getting boring because every 10 minutes the news about Shana came on. Alison asked Jordan why and she said "Just in case there are new people watching so that those people wouldnt miss any news."

Right now, I was laying down on my bed. It was dark, I had turned off the lights in my room, well, because I preferred having it off while im sleeping but I cant really sleep since Alison was laying down right beside my bed, on the floor. She was tapping loudly on her phone, and the brightness of her phone was bothering me.

"Ali, can you go to sleep!" I groaned out weakly. I heard her chuckle making me roll to the edge of my bed and look at her, my brown curls falling on her face. She crunched her face up.

"Uh, I'm not sleeping if you wont let me sleep beside you." I saw her pout, making me roll my eyes. "I promise we'll just be sleeping."

"You said that the last time you came over.." I snapped.

I remembered the last time she slept over, back in 7th grade. I was about to fall asleep when I felt something soft on my lips. I had pushed Alison off the bed and started screaming, causing my whole family to burst into my room, Katy and Carolyn carrying bats. I was screaming while Alison kept stuttering an apology.

I had told her to leave but she refused and kissed me again, causing me to push her off the bed again.

"Oh, please. That was back in 7th grade. I was an immature 12 year old back then.. and I had a huge crush on you! Who wouldn't take advantage of that opportunity, plus, it was just a peck!"

"Pecks!" I corrected. "Two pecks!"

"I don't know why you're still so angry about that. If you didn't like it then you should try to forget about it. Goodnight." She said and turned off her phone, causing the room to darken. I just stared at her dark silhouette.

Maybe I did like it.

Maybe that's why I couldn't forget about that stupid end-of-7th-grade sleepover.

Maybe, just maybe, I have a tiny crush on you, but I just can't admit it.
