{I'm horrible at time framing}

    Tony's POV

I was so relieved when I knew Lexi was safe, I hated myself for not knowing that almost all day. If I can't even keep my co-worker, or better known as my little sis safe, how and I going to take care of my own child?! I lay in my bed with Zi right now and this is racking my brain so much.

    "Ziva," I whispered

   "Yes Tony?" She replied

   "I can't sleep, I'm worried about our future." I told her

I felt her turn over and looked at me. I couldn't help but smile, she's so beautiful. Her hair fits perfect with her face and her whole body Is just perfect and sexy.

    "God Zi your so damn beautiful." I remind her.

She smiles and kisses me I kiss back.

  "We will be okay" she said to me

I nod and smile again, I breath out

   "We need to think of a name soon Zi" I continue

    "I know" she mumbly agrees

I put my arms around zi and she falls asleep really soon. About ten minutes later I fell into a sleep also.

    *then next day*

Lexi's POV

I was already at NCIS, Ziva or Tony were not here, they were late and Gibbs was gonna kill them.

   "Want to go wake up DiNozzo?" Gibbs laughs.

I look over at him, he's been so happy lately it's not Gibbs, but it's nice. I smiled and walked with him, we drove over to Tony's place.

    "Wait, how are we gonna get in there?" I ask
Gibbs held up a key and smiles, I rolled my eyes and laughed.

   We walked up to his door, and we stood outside his door. Gibbs opened it up. Me and Gibbs yelled "wake up"

That's when I saw Ziva and him both sit up. I knew they were both so dead.

     "DiNozzo!" Gibbs barked at him

Tony got up and followed Gibbs. I walked in where Ziva was,

    "Um," I bit my lip

    "We didn't do anything" she quickly blurted out

     "So you two didn't have sex?" I repeat what She was trying to say

She nods a yes, and we look at each other and start laughing,

   "Oh wow, Miss. get to the point" she laughs out

    "I bet Gibbs is killing Tony" I say

She nods again, we both laugh again.

    Tony's POV.

I kept my head down the whole time Gibbs was giving me the rule twelve lecture. He finished,

    "Gibbs, we love each other, a lot, she's, she's my Shannon" I defend us.

I saw Gibbs start to understand, understand I really do love Ziva, and I would do absolutely anything for her.

   "If you hurt her! I will really kill you DiNozzo, I WILL chop out your heart. Got it?!" He threatened me

    "Yes sir." I replied

He then smiled, go, go be with her. He winked at me. I smiled back at him, I walked a lot faster then I walked in with him.

   I walked up and kissed Ziva

   "He said we could be together!" I was almost in tears telling her

She smiled so much, I then saw Lexi sitting on the bed and Gibbs in the doorway.

    "Um how did you two actually get in!?" He questioned us

   I blushed

    "Gibbs made me!" I shouted and hid behind Ziva

    "Hey! No tattling" he joked

I couldn't hold back my laughter, Lexi has changed us all, mostly Gibbs. Gibbs has now been happy and acting like this. We were all laughing by now.

    "Lets let these two love birds get ready for work Lexi" Gibbs pipes up moments later.

    "Oh DiNozzo, don't leave these at work" Gibbs added in and threw Tony the keys.

   Tony looked down at the keys and rolled his eyes and laughed, me and Gibbs walked out to Tony's living room.

    "That was fun" Gibbs said to me

I nodded in agreement.
