Anniversary

Hello.

You're probably wondering why I am still here. You probably thought this book was done, right? It is. I do not think any sequel is necessary, and if anything, I might post a bonus chapter on here at some point. However, the reason I post today is because it is the anniversary of me publishing the first chapter on Wattpad.

Pretty crazy, huh? This account and book started out completely as a joke. I never intended for it to get over 1.5k reads, never in a MILLION YEARS. Somehow, it did. And I'm pretty thankful for that.

Not very many people have read this book since January, when I published the final chapter. Which is fine by me, to be honest. Because I've had a very rough year since that point.

Why? Do you want the answer that goes along with this novel, or the real story? The "happily ever after" I once thought was possible, or the cold hard truth? Because as much as I hate to say it, they're no longer one in the same! In fact, they are pretty much polar opposites. For that, you can thank almost every single character you've read about in this book. Many of them are no longer my friends. Things happen. People betray your trust. And I don't think that ever changes, but that doesn't make it hurt any less.

The plot of this story starts almost two years ago. Not only have my friends changed, but so have I. It's not something that can be helped. But I deal with it, day to day.

And I will keep dealing with it. This, I know for sure. I have to keep pushing forward, even when everything seems horrible. With the help of my teachers and few friends, I'll make it. As a wise man once told me...I always find a way.
