Harry's POV

March 2012 flashback

The cold wind swept around me as I made my way down to local supermarket, doing the shopping for my mum while she was at work. My ray bans covered my eyes, I didn't want to be recognised in my small home town since One Direction were doing so well for themselves my life has been non-stop since 2010.

I walked in quickly trying to get all the shopping done for someone saw me and figured out who I was. As I was coming to the checkout my phone started ringing, I picked it out of my pocket seeing Simon calling me, I debated whether or not to answer it but I swiped to call button across holding the phone up to my ear.

"Hello" I said trying to make my voice sound not like me, but I failed terribly, luckily not many people were around to hear me.

"Harry, it's Simon. Are you busy?" Simon asked his voice being very loud, I quickly turned my volume button, so I was the only one who could hear him and not the whole store.

"I'm just doing a bit shopping at the moment" I answer as I begin to place my items on the conveyer belt. I hear Simon tapping away on his computer.

"Right, I have you scheduled in for an appointment with me in a hour. Is that ok?" Simon asks, the thing I like about Simon most is he asks and not demands for things to be done.

"Yes that is fine" I reply as I hand the cashier my money and walk out the shop and put the shopping into the boot of my range rover.

"good see you in a bit" Simon dismissed.

I walk into Simon's office, being slightly annoyed that I have been called in on my day off. Simon is sat at his desk and Kendall is in deep conversation. I hate this girl so much; why do I need a fake girlfriend I haven't stepped a foot out of line since the BRITS last year.

"Harry nice to see you." Simon says standing up to shake my hand, I shake it back and offer him a warm smile.

"Likewise" I mumble taking a seat next to Kendall, I send her a small smile in which she returns. Don't get me wrong she is a beautiful girl and all but she is just not my type, I'm quite happy finding myself a girlfriend without Simon and Modest! management sticking their noses in.

"Right lets get down to business, as you both are probably aware the Teen choice awards are next week. And Harry as you know One Direction are up for eight awards; which may I add is fantastic. And Kendall you are presenting the show. So what I'm basically saying you two are going to the awards show together and then you are both going to the after party. Now Harry I know this isn't your scene, but I think it will be really good for you two not just for the media but for you two to bound together. And Harry I know Kendall is your fake girlfriend too keep you in line but you never know a friendship may be made along the way."

I listen to Simons very long speech, he is right Kendall and I could become friends.  Not long after we are shortly allowed to go. I head back to my mums thinking what I could do for tea as a treat for her.

I sit in my makeup chair as Lou our stylist pokes and prods different things on my face. I hold her daughter Lux in lap as she plays with my phone.

"Are you boys excited for tonight?" Lou asks, as she quickly runs a brush through my wild hair. We all yell an excited yes. Touring was one of the most exciting things we do but going to reward shows and being rewarded for all your hard work and making millions of girls around the world happy is what we live for.
