When I made to my area I slept the night before by the bridge I laid there wondering what I just did. How I shot to the rescue and badly injured that man. The sword, what power did it give me to be able to shred someone like that. Then I thought about home, ReichDerWolfe, and just marveled at what it used to be. I can still hear their screams, everyone yelling. The crackling of the fire, the cackles of the demons. Damn them all! Sifus Leboy, you aren't even worthy of the Leboy name. How could you do this to your own family?!

The next morning I woke to something unexpected.

"OOMPH!" I heard a little voice let out.

I drew my sword, "Who's There?!" I looked around and a little face poked out behind a rock. I let out a sigh, remembering exactly who it was. Because right above the rock was little white hair. "Bartholomew, What are you doing out here? How did you find me?"

He poked his little head out and walked over to me slowly, "Well, I watched which direction you went and thought the only thing peaceful over here is the stream and I found you laying by the bridged. I wanted to thank you for the autogwaph."

"Well, your welcome. Now shouldn't you be getting back to your mom or dad or something?" I said a bit harshly trying to scoot him away.

He looked at the ground and I watched tears run down his face, "I have no one. My twin sister and I live in a orphanage. Even since the reign of King Sifus, my parents haven't been seen. So MonMon takes care of us."

"Wait Bartholomew, run her name by me again?" I said eagerly.

"MonMon?"

"Bartholomew my boy, we leave at once. You're taking me to see this MonMon. Got it?"

"Okay. I can do that Matthias."

"Good, lead me to ole MonMon." Could it really be her. The Middle aged maid who was so nice to me. Who brought me dinner and carried me to bed when I fell asleep studying at the table.

We had a long and very annoying walk which Bartholomew told me all about his twin sister and "MonMon". How she has been raising since his parents disappeared. Sadly I know what truely happened to them. How his dad left with sword and shield and only his shield came back. They said he'd be camping out after the battle, but for 2 years? And how his mom hid him and his sister downstairs and people in scary costumes took her away. Demons spare no one, I knew exactly where his parents were but couldn't say it. Wouldn't be right to. It really gave me a knew perspective on him. I actually pitied him very heavily. I couldn't take it, even how much of a ego I have, I felt my eyes water because our conversation made me think of my mothers face before I disappeared in the woods.

"What about you Matthias? Where is your family?" Bartholomew asked.

It took me looking at him to realize I signed my autograph Matthias to mask my name. "My parents are gone Bartholomew. I remember them talking about going away for awhile, and that's the last I saw them. Just like yours man. Parents are weird huh?"

"Yeah no kidding. They're so supflishticated."

This 7 year old is using words like sophisticated. Didn't pronounce it correct but I got it. Man he's smart. "Bartholomew, do you go to school or study or what?"

"Yeah. MonMon makes sure I study alot. I passed out on the table once and she even carried me to my bed. She's so nice."

Well atleast in the years she hasn't changed at all. Still the same MonMon that she was when she worked at the castle. I had some built up questions though. Like how the hell did she escape my grandfather and his satanic minions. I cant believe she's made it this far.

When we got to the town I hooded up and as soon as we got to the orphanage Bartholomew was not hesitant at all to just walk in. "MonMon I'm back!" Batholomew called out. "MonMon!"

"I'm coming dear!" I heard a woman call back. Then footsteps approached on the hardwood floor. "What seems to be all the commotion Bartholom......." She stopped as she saw me standing there beside him.

"I have a guest who wants to see you. His name is Matthias. He's the guy who gave me the autographed picture and fought off the evil wolf guy."

I dropped my hood and glanced over at MonMon. And I sensed uncertainty about her, like she recognized me but didn't want to. That or she changed and was about to call the guards on me. Or hell, maybe she didn't recognize me at all. "Nice to see you MonMon."

"Bartholomew, leave us, go to your room for awhile or go play."

"But I...."

"No buts!" MonMon cut him off. "Go." She then walked over to me and stared into my eyes as she was not much shorter than I. "Where in god's name have you been Mitchell." She said giving me a hug and pulling me tight.

"I've been in the Forbidden Woods Monique." I said wrapping my arms around her. "I'm so glad your alive."

"Same for you Mitchell. I thought it was you yesterday fighting that man but wasn't sure. But now that your here in front of me, and I look into your eyes, I know it's really you."

"Yeah, it was me. Put all of Mr. Gartuals training to good use."

"Indeed. You still have your way with a sword as usual. Come, I'll make you food and drink and you can tell me about it."

We walked into the kitchen and we sat down but she gasped when she saw the sword I put beside the table.

"Where did you get that?"

"I got in the Forbidden Woods, it was stabbed there. Why?"

"That's Deathwolf."

"What? You know about this sword?!"
