I woke in my bed, the events of last night fresh in my mind. 'I do not wish to be the new Prima Dona.' I thought it myself. I sighed and got up, getting ready for today's practice. "Luna. Come! You'll be late!" Christine called. I opened the door and she stood before me, in all of her beautiful glory. "Yes sister." I said. "Did you hear? We are to have new managers today!" She said excitedly. I contained my sigh of disdain. A part of me had hoped the Phantom were wrong. "Wonderful news isn't it?" She asked. I nodded. "Luna what is wrong?" She asked. "Nothing. I'm just tired. I slept fitfully last night. I was dreaming of Father." I answered. She gave me a sympathetic smile and we entered the stage. "We have here a latter from the Opera Ghost." Madame Guru was telling the new managers. "20,000 pounds!" One exclaimed. I tuned them out. Suddenly a scream was hears and Clarotta was on the ground. "I quite!" She screamed. They began to panic about not having a Prima Dona. A letter floated down from the top.

Dear managers,

I wish Luna to be the New Prima Dona. Do not fret. You will not regret agreeing.

O.G.

The manager read aloud. Everyone turned to me. "Tell me girl, do you know the Opera Ghost?" The man looked to me and asked. "No sir. He must have heard me singing before through the walls. That's the only way he could have heard me." I said quickly. They nodded slowly and motioned for me to step forward and I did. "Sing Think of Me." They demanded. I took a deep breath and began.

Think of me, think of me fondly
When we've said goodbye
Remember me, once in a while
Please, promise me you'll try

When you find that once again you long
To take your heart back and be free
If you ever find a moment
Spare a thought for me

We never said "our love was evergreen"
Or "as unchanging as the sea"
But if you can still remember,
Stop and think of me

Think of all the things
We've shared and seen
Don't think about the way
Things might have been

Think of me, think of me waking
Silent and resigned
Imagine me trying too hard
To put you from my mind

Recall those days, look back on all those times
Think of the things we'll never do
There will never be a day
When I won't think of you

Flowers fade, the fruit of summer fade
They have their seasons, so do we
But please promise me that sometimes
You will think
Ah Ah Ah Ah
Ah Ah Ah Ah
Of me

As I finished I heard the crowd clap and stand. My cheeks dusted pink. I hurried off stage to my dressing room which was the dusty old room the Phantom asked me to go to to meet him at. Christine followed me in, admiring the vases of exotic flowers. On my Vanity was a single ref rose with a black ribbon and a note tied to the stem. 'Well done Little Mouse. Do not forget.' It read. "You got a note from the Phantom!" Christine gasped. "Yes. Did you see Raoul? He was starring at you." I said quickly changing the subject. "I doubt that. He probably doesn't even remember me." She said and sighed. A knock sounded and Raoul ran in. "Monisouer! I could have been changing!" I exclaimed. He blushed. "I'm sorry Luna. I came to speak to Christine. I hadn't been in my right mind. Its been years you two!" He exclaimed. "Go on Christine. But meet me back here tonight. After everyone is asleep. I want to show you something." I said. She nodded and the two ran out smiling. I sighed and tried to reach the corset ties in the back of my dress. "Allow me to assist you Little Mouse." A deep voice said from behind and fingers expertly undid the ties to the corset. I held up the front of the dress and felt my heart hammer in my chest. "There isn't much I have not seen. Only yesterday did you come to me wearing practically nothing. I wonder, did you do that to.....tempt me." He said, his hot breath hitting my ear sending shivers down my spine. "I would never! I-I had planned to go to bed and only then remembered your request to see me and didn't think to change. I had no intention of seducing you." I said not dating to turn and face him. "I will turn so you may change." He said and I heard the whoosh of his cloak as he turned from me. I hurriedly changed into my night gown and turned towards him. "I am finished." I stated. He turned to face me. "I plan to bring Christine to meet you tonight. Have everything you need ready. I will play and sing while you woo her." I said feeling my chest tighten with an unfamiliar emotion.
