I quickly dressed as the Phantom turned away, my cheeks warming at the thought that a man was just a turn away from seeing my naked form. As I finished dressing I let the Phantom know as I sat at my vanity to brush my mass of black hair. "Allow me Little Mouse." He said, gently taking the brush from my hand. He began to run it through the knee length mass gently but harsh enough to get the tangles out. "You have such soft hair Luna." He said as he focused on my hair. "Thank you Phantom." I said blushing lightly. "Erik. My name is Erik." He said. "Erik..." I said testing it out. I liked the way it sounded coming from my lips. He sat the brush down and began to take a hot wand to my hair, resulting in spiraling curls falling just past my waist. "Thank you." I said looking at how the curls framed my face. I began to use my makeup to cover my scar and sighed as my face began to look like a normal girls again. "Do you....do you suppose you could....try that on me tonight?" Erik asked looking down in embarrassment. "Yes Erik. I could. If you truly wish." I said. And turned to him. "But I think you look like a truly handsome man with your scar. It tells a story that only you know. It shows how strong you are and how you've moved past all that was thrown at you." I said and cupped his cheek in my hand without realizing it. His eyes widened and he jerked away leaving a pain in my chest. "Sorry Erik...I don't know what....came over me." I said looking away to hide the water building in my eyes. "I must go." He said quickly and the only sound was the whoosh of his cape and the click of the door. I let out a pained gasp and felt a year trickle down my cheek. 'I can't have fallen for him. I just can't.' I thought. I quickly walked out to distract my mind.

"Luna, you look beautiful. You really look good with your hair curled." Raoul said with Christine beside him. She gave me a frightened look. I smiled sadly at her and nodded my acknowledgement. I walked past them. Christine jogged up next to me. "What's the matter sister?" She asked Latin a hand on my shoulder. Though I was older she was taller. "Nothing. I'm fine Christine." I asked. "You know the Phantom." She stated. I nodded though it wasn't a question. "Why did you bring me to that monsters liar Luna!?" She asked frightened. I spun to face her. "He is no monster! Christine, he loves you." I said, whispering the last part as tears from the realization hit me. "And you love him, don't you Luna?" She asked softly. "How could you run from him Christine? He is just like me. You grew up with my deformed face. And you screamed when you seen his." I said avoiding her question. "I'm sorry Luna." Was all she said and she walked away from me. "Christine. Just gibe him a chance. One more OK?" I asked as she turned and nodded at me. I smiled as much as I could when on the inside I was hoping she would say no. "Luna! Come come! The managers want a word with you." Madam Giry said as she rushed to me. I nodded and followed her to the manager's office. "Luna. Please have a seat." Armand said while Richard gestured to a chair in front of their desk. I sat as they wished. "Might I ask what it is you needed?" I asked looking at them curiously. "We have Clarotta back. You will star as the pageboy in the new opera." Richard said. I kept a straight face. "You are dismissed." Armand said. I stood and as I was at the door I turned. "The Phantom will not like this." I said and left. I went to my dressing room and sat where the lines of the pageboy were in front of me. He was a silent character. But the opera sat in front of me in paper.
