Extra Chapter 08 (The8)

YOU as Chae Min.

You were at the rooftop with Seventeen. They were helping the Chinese line, Jun and The8 to improve their Korean.

Jun was done so it was finally The8's turn. S.coups gave him a book to read and The8 tried to read it faster.

Suddenly, they all laughed. The8 pronounced Jeju-do wrong. Instead of Jeju-do, he said Jiju-do the reason they bursted out laughing.

“Why are you guys laughing? I thought you are going to help him but how can you help him if every mistakes that he will say, you're just going to laugh at him?” You asked as you raised your eyebrow that made them all stop laughing.

“It's alright haha. I read it faster that's why I pronounced it wrong.” The8 smiled at you.

“It's fine with you but it's not fine with me.” You sighed before you pulled him to the library.

You got 3 Korean books and you decided to help him. While The8 was reading, he asked you the meaning of the words he didn't understand and you answered him kindly.

You found The8's accent cute and you couldn't help it but smile while he was reading. The8 noticed it so he stopped.

“Why are you smiling? Is there something on my face?” The8 asked you. You shook your head and you sat beside him.

“I found your accent cute, can you teach me your accent?” You asked as you smiled widely.

“I-I don't know how to teach you, my accent occurs when I started to talk so, I don't know.” He said that made you chuckle.

“It's okay. Anyway, did I tell you that you look like a puppy with your hair?” You asked when you touched his hair.

“And y-you look like a princess.” The8 commented and looked away.

You smiled.

“Really? Then, will you be my pet?” You asked and his eyes widened.

“Just kidding ^_^v. Are you hungry? Because I am.” You said and you touched your stomach. You two decided to take a break and you went out of the library.

You and The8 bought cheeseburgers and colas. You two sat on a bench beside a tree outside the building.

“Chae Min, maybe Mingyu is already looking for you.” The8 said out of the blue.

“No he's not. He knew that I'm with you.” You replied and you started to eat your burger.

“Minghao, what is China looks like?” You asked him.

“It's beautiful. China, Korea and Japan have a lot in common.” He answered.

“I want to go to China with you someday. If that happens, please tour me there.” You requested and you looked at him the same time The8 looked at you and he blushed.

“O-okay.” The8 looked away and then he smiled.

After eating, he pulled you and brought you back to Mingyu.

“I've been searching for you! Where have you been?” Mingyu asked you.

“I went to the library with The8 after you laughed at him.” You rolled your eyes and you started to walk ahead.

“Look, I'm sorry. It's just.. it's just.. hey! I'm not the only one who laughed! Why are you upset with me?” Mingyu defended himself while following you and The8 just laughed.

“Chae Min!” The8 called you so you looked back.

“It's a promise!” He shouted and he smiled at you.

You nodded as a response before you continued to walk.

"What promise is that?" Mingyu asked Chae Min.

"It's none of your business evil giant." Chae Min replied.

"Hey. I'm not the only one who laughed so stop giving me the cold shoulder." Mingyu complained.

"I'll just ask The8 about it then." He added.

"Go, I don't mind." Chae Min stick her tongue out and Mingyu just sighed.
