Zane’s point of view

 I didn’t want to do this to Em or Ryan. They were cute together. Em never turned her back on me. She was there for me and now I am turning my back to her. I don’t know why I am doing this. “Zane come on we need to chain them to the wall.” Alex says. I nod my head as I pick up Em and ran to where we were to keep them. I open the door and went to the basement. I open one of the rooms. The room wasn’t like a normal room. It was just empty and had chains hanging from the walls. I walk over to the wall and hook Em wrists and ankles to the chains. Then Alex comes in and did the same to Ryan. We both went up the stairs after we chain them. “Zane, help me.” Alex says as his eyes softens. I look at him weirdly. “I had a mate and it was Em's twin. Each time I saw Em it makes me think of my mate, Lilly. She was killed by another rogue. I don’t mean to hurt Em or her mate but I don’t what is going on with me.” Alex explains. “Don’t hurt me or anything but it’s because when you lose your mate, you start to become psycho.” I say. “Do I have to become psycho or is there another way out?” Alex asks. “There’s another way out.” I reply. “What is it?” Alex asks. “It’s by killing yourself. So that you don’t hurt the people you love.” I answer. “I am going to kill myself.” Alex states. “Why?” I ask. “I hurt Em. You saw how she asks me to stop hurting her mate and I couldn’t stop. I need to be stop before I hurt anyone else.” Alex explains as he pulls out a knife. “Tell Em and her mate that I am sorry and that I love Em as a sister.” Alex says before his body hit the ground. I just stared at it. He’s dead. I only knew Alex for two months and he was a good guy but when it came to Em it was another story. I don’t know why but it sounds like they were friends when they were little. I heard the chains moving. I went down the stairs and saw that Ryan was awake but not Em. “Where is he?” Ryan said. “He killed himself. I didn’t mean to hurt Em. I-it’s just that.” I say as I walk into the room. “It’s just what?” Ryan asks. “Em had a twin. Her name was Lilly. Lilly die when rogues attack Alex and her. Alex has been going crazy and thinks that Em is his mate.” I explain. “Oh.” Ryan says. I grab the key from my pocket and unchain Ryan. I gave Ryan the key for Em so he could unchain her. “How long have we been out?” Ryan asks. “Just a day.” I answer. “We need to bring her back.” Ryan states. I nod my head and walk out of the house with Ryan following. We went back to Ryan mansion. Everyone was asleep. “Thanks Zane for helping me.” Ryan says as he walks up to his room. I ran back to my house which was only a block away.
